hi there im from toronto i saw this band perform yesterday with front line assembly mind in a box was awesome it was worth my time i love their music most electronic bands i notice are starting to use more instruments apop berzerk, covenant, rotersand not just computer sound which in my opinion is good it gives more substance to their creation and not just rely on technology mind in a box blew me away with their performance hope you guys get to see them cheers!

Nothing wrong with paralleling this song to the Nintendo 64 revolution. The song is about computer gaming after all. The whole transition for many people came more suddenly this way in my opinion. Granted other systems before it were beyond 8 bit. Still it is was the machine that took my deep passion for the 8-32 bit universe and blew it apart.

...and the tape into the Datasette looks like a CrO2 (Chrome) Maxell XL II S Cassette...i've used these for my CD to Tape Copies...but for best Sound Quality IEC Type IV (Metal) Tape was being used - mostly TDK MA(XG)....a C-60 was about 19.95 DM back into the early 90's... :-) But sounded f*cking great on my Pioneer CT-959 3 Head SingleDeck...

@alexapdos Goes both ways. Take away the distortion and vibrations, but keep the EXACT same pitch and tone, and I'm pretty goddamn sure it'd sound a LOT more like a gal than a guy! But, yeah. Given the electric, vibrating tone, sounds like a dude. Kinda.

Pitch change, vocoder. Autotune used in irregular patterns to make the vocals go OUT of the songs pattern, then another set used to replace the sounds back to make it sound croaky. Sudden delay. Highpass. FFT. Must I continue what it taqkes to make this one vocal pattern.
