Man all of the people in the comments section saying that tinting you’re cars lights makes it harder to see and criticizing this channel (and the owner potentially) because of that but it seems like the lights work just as well as if they didn’t have the tint. Like seriously man it isn’t you’re car let the person do what he wants with the car it’s his money, it shouldn’t matter if you hate it or not.

Seems like they are easier to see considering the fact that when the light is tinted out, it makes it a lot easier to see in the day if it’s a good kind of light since instead of it all being red and being hard to tell which light is on in the sun, the tint points it out more that only one light is on therefore if it’s a good LED red light, a tint can make it easier to see it in the day - just demonstrated in the video. Yeah if it was a halogen bulb, then yeah I can somewhat understand it being harder to see because the halogen bulb is further away from the plastic screen (and halogen bulbs are already weak and inefficient by themselves.) when it’s tinted. But i would fix that issue either replacing the halogen bulb with an LED one or replacing the entire tailight with a custom one with leds that are more closer to the plastic screen. Like with school busses for example: their orange and red lights are already hard to see during the day but with the busses that have the hangovers that go over the top warning lights, it makes it a lot easier to see because it’s much darker unlike a bus without light hangovers.
