Bad Liar
Selena Gomez Lyrics
I was walking down the street the other day
Tryna distract myself
But then I see your face
Oh wait, that's someone else
Oh, tryna play it coy
Tryna make it disappear
But just like the battle of Troy
There's nothing subtle here
In my room there's a king size space
Bigger than it used to be
If you want you can rent that place
Call me an amenity
Even if it's in my dreams
Ooh, you're taking up a fraction of my mind
Ooh, every time I watch you serpentine
Oh I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Oh I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to give in to you
No, no, no, no
Not to give in to you
With my feelings on fire
Guess I'm a bad liar
I see how your attention builds
It's like looking in a mirror
Your touch like a happy pill
But still all we do is fear
What could possibly happen next?
Can we focus on the love?
Paint my kiss across your chest
If you're the art, I'll be the brush
Ooh, you're taking up a fraction of my mind
Ooh, every time I watch you serpentine
Oh I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Oh I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to give in to you
No, no, no, no
Not to give in to you
With my feelings on fire
Guess I'm a bad liar
And oh baby, let's make reality, actuality, a reality
Oh baby, let's make reality, actuality, a reality
Oh, oh, I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Not to think about you
No, no, no, no
Oh I'm tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Oh tryin', I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
I'm tryin', I'm tryin'
Not to give in to you
No, no, no, no
Not to give in to you
With my feelings on fire
Guess I'm a bad liar

Sleepless
ignore this, this is just a way for me to not get confused.
Selena (the girl we mainly see in the entire video, the main character) is shown to have an attraction towards someone.
We see her staring at two people all the time. Selena (the guy, i will call him Gomez to avoid confusion)
and Selena (the coach, i will call Lena to avoid confusion)
which ever one she is attracted to isn’t revealed until later on.
the entire music video is just Selena watching Lena and Gomez interact.
The school day ends and she comes home to her mother. Selena (the woman at her house, i will call her mom)
here we find out that Gomez is actually Selena’s father, or step-father. he has a relationship with her mom.
but throughout the entire video, we see Gomez actually hitting on Lena the entire time.
From the dinner scene, it is speculated that her mom and Gomez don’t have a very close relationship with each other, despite being together.
We cut to Selena dancing in her bedroom. And it is here that is shown that the entire time, Selena has been infatuated with Lena, her gym teacher/basketball coach.

I really do miss Selena as an actress. I wish she did more movies. She’s an amazing actress!

M O N Y R O A T H
I personally think this era of Selena was her best era, so sad that it didn’t get a full proper era because of her sickness. It’d be a peak of her career.
Sean's Swamp
God bless her
