Mujeres Divinas

Mujeres, oh mujeres tan divinas
No queda otro camino que adorarlas
Mujeres, oh mujeres tan divinas
No queda otro camino que adorarlas
Vicente Fernández's "Mujeres Divinas" is a song about the beauty and complexity of women, and how men often find themselves caught between their love for women and the pain of betrayal. The song begins with the singer talking about women and betrayals, and how they consumed bottles of alcohol while requesting him to sing his songs. However, he sings a couple of songs against them. Suddenly, a man with some grey hair approached him and asked him not to talk about women in his presence.
The singer explains that they were just talking about how badly they had been treated by women and that if someone had a different opinion, it was probably because they had never been betrayed. The older man then tells his story of how he has been left heartbroken by women many times, but he never blames them for his heartbreak. As he says, "Se tiene que sufrir cuando se ama" (you have to suffer when you love).
