The Japanese title of this song is "Shinku no Eveil" which translates to "Crimson Eveil". The opening lines talk about two types of light that govern hope and despair respectively. The sounds of silence create ripples, and the remaining echoes of the red moon covering the sky eventually become a part of the sorrows that we weave into a story of a second witch.
