In the first stanza of the song, 美郷あき talks about a past moment that will never come back, represented by the wind that stopped at 4 PM. She remembers the many smiles she shared with someone who made her laugh and helped her forget about her troubles. She also treasures the feelings she closed off within herself, which she now cherishes. In hindsight, she realizes that person was a miracle in her life, and she could have declared her love for them to any audience.
In the second stanza, 美郷あき acknowledges that even when she tried to fight for something, she often ended up hurt. When she wanted to express her true feelings, she could only write it down in a letter that may never reach the person she wanted to read it. She sees smiling faces and memories on film of a time when she couldn't convey her emotions, but she's grateful that she met that person before the sky of possibilities disappeared.
In the last two lines of both stanzas, 美郷あき reiterates that the miracle of that person's presence in her life is something she can swear to anyone, and she loves them now that she realizes their significance in her life.
