Rising Houston Artist A3 aka "The Tanka" is storming the music scene with his aggressive yet hypnotizing smooth lyrics that would no doubt reflect the struggles of a young poet surviving the trials and tribulations of poverty with finesse. He grew up on the Southside of Houston, TX in "the Dead End" where he was exposed to violence, drugs and the "hustle", as A3 calls it whatever it takes to make ends meet. Through the lost of loved ones and the hardships of coming from a low-income family, he overcame negative surroundings. After being disappointed and mislead by different record labels, A3 found a home with Wreck shop Records CEO D-reck Dixon. Also being the CEO of his own Label Trendsetta Records, and decided to promote himself by selling his music to stores as well as the streets all over the southern region. A3 has sold over 100,000 independent underground albums and has been featured on various mixtapes and DVD documentaries blazing the music scene doing features with such artist as Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Bun B, Trae, Z-Ro, Big Moe, Big Pokey, Rob G., King Mello(of Ice Age) and Fat Pat. also appearing on Wreckshop compilation albums "Reloaded" and "Doing It Far Texas." Once again A3 has shown versatility proving he's not just a rapper by receiving a starring role in muti-Platinum recording artist Mike Jones motion picture entitled "The American Dream" where A3 displayed his Oscar worthy acting skills. Movie Due out in July 07 On the new release of the late great 2pac Album titled "Pac's Life" A3 sticks out like a sore thumb displaying his southern swagger with a universal twist on track5 called " Whats Next". A3 is also a songwriter and music composer for Rap artist and producers. Vision is everything, consistency rises above all and determination seals prosperity, says A3. 10 long years of blood, sweat, and hard work will not go unrewarded. Also to add to that Jesus hung out with people who were deemed to be troublemakers he hung out with people who were judged by others and who were said to have the worst reputation ever he had nothing but love for those people so even if you believe that somebody is doing something wrong it's best not to judge and take a cue from Jesus he knew better than any of us how hard it was for people back then he showed love to those who needed it and he didn't care about the reputation at all he just wanted someone to love him

I love Dhar Mann videos, they always have a message in them. And I can relate to this video, I have tattoos and I get weird looks from people when they see them.

Some of the nicest people are covered in tattoos, and some of the most judgemental go to church on Sundays.

I know a friend of mine who recently transition from male to female but when she was little and came out as a transgender her parents carve into her lower legs and arms with offensive words and so she ended up getting tattoos to try to cover those words up and she has been judge by church people who didn't want to hear her story but has recently gotten married to a very nice female preacher who welcomes all and the preacher always at the end of her ceremony every weekend says "go forth with love as god loves us all"

This story is beautiful! Never judge somebody without knowing their story. The way Leslie cried remembering her daughter is so painful and real. It made me cry. Separating a loving mother from a child is quite painful and I can relate from my life. The daughter must've felt the pain as well. I love the effort you put into your work, Dhar Sir 💕

Some of us may have tattoos, even criminal records...but that doesn't necessarily mean we're bad people! It's unfair to judge a situation you've never been in. Many people have made mistakes when they were younger, or had difficult upbringings that effected us later in life, or sometimes it's a matter of self defense, like in Leslie's case. Others may have experienced past trauma, childhood troubles, or issues with addiction. We're all worthy of love & respect, unless you have reason to believe otherwise. We all have a past though. The good Lord forgives...be kind always. You never know when the person you pass judgement upon may be the one who helps you most.♥️

I have many tattoos and that doesn't make me a bad person! My father was a tat artist before he passed and my brother has been one for about 12yrs now! Like Leslie said it's art just on my body! I have a criminal record but that doesn't make me a bad person! Don't judge a book by its cover! I haven't been in trouble in 10yrs but people still judge me because of my tats n my record but I don't let it bother me anymore! I brush it off my shoulder! It shows how ignorant people can really be sometimes!

As a Christian who has close family members with tattoos, I don’t understand why you would shame someone for having tattoos. Even my daughters and sisters have tattoos. (This is my opinion)

As a Christian, I will let you all know that tattoos are a sin. But that is in no way justifying treating tattooed people wrong. The correct thing to do is to let them know they've done the wrong thing, so that they don't do it again. And that, with an extremely kind way. Stay safe. (and kind)

These are things that happen everyday. You know, lots of people think people with tattoos and piercings are criminals and uneducated people, but that’s not true. Treat others how you want to be treated and don’t judge a book by its cover. Thanks so much for this lesson Dhar Mann, more people need to learn to be a better person and hear more about this topic. We should all appreciate the effort Dhar is putting into making these videos and how he posts almost everyday which is amazing! This shows that people who have tattoos aren't always dangerous or a bad person. I know a person who probably has over 50 tattoos and he is the kindest, most accepting and understanding person I even heard of. That man is Harry Styles. Some people say that he is mean to his fans but in reality he paused a show because a fan wasn't feeling well. He loves everyone, and doesn't judge them by their looks. Be kind to everyone because you don't know their backrounds.

I think this episode is more about an individual shaming and judging her and not necessarily about her being shamed at church , she was shamed in the neighborhood, then shamed at church … it was a great episode , it’s unfortunate how mean spirited people can be without you even opening your mouth

I’m late late but this needs to be talked about. As a Christian this should not be happening. You are no better than anyone else just because you are a Christian!! No matter who they are you LOVE THEM. Doing this and shaming people because they aren’t who you want them to be is not the way to go, it puts a bad name on Jesus Christ. He has every right to shame us and to judge us and He still loves us. Open your eyes, Christians!!!

I'm someone who actually dresses the same way Leslie does, and I actually plan on wanting a tattoo. And no one has ever really come up to me and said, "why are you dressed that way?" or "You shouldn't be wearing that? It looks weird." or "That stuff is wrong to wear. especially since you are Christian." And I can wear this stuff and be Christian. I can be emo, or I can be goth, as long as I never lose faith in God and be happy for who I am. The only one who can judge me is Christ himself no one else.
