Ab Imo Pectore
its from the old latin sentence:
Ab Imo Pectore and means "From the deepest of your heart"
His rap is full of wisdom,
wise words about war, sadness
Love, and not many times but sometimes partying,
He has seen bad things happen in his life
And rap saved his life, and gave a meaning to it all...

Have you tried the AIP protocol to help support your health? What sort of struggles or mistakes have you made and learned from? Let me know in the comments!
@CelinaBelizan345
Great explanation of the AIP protocol! It seems like we have so much to learn. Thank you Dr. Brad for sharing your knowledge with us!
@DrBradBodle
Thanks Celina! Always something new to learn, myself included! Appreciate you stopping by and watching, thanks so much đ
@JMTivis
Great info! For me just figuring out the AIP diet was enough at the start. It also helped me achieve maximum results. I didnât start trying to replace old recipes with AIP versions until about 8 months in. I attribute my success to waiting. Thanks Dr Brad!
@DrBradBodle
Thanks so much for the comment Malinda! As I said in the video, I'm open to adjusting these things depending on the person, but I do think there's a huge advantage to keeping things simple in the beginning and focusing in on your health. Thanks for watching and hope you're having a great week :)
@YesToTech
Definitely won't be making these mistakes again! I adore your advice! Always super helpful! :)
@DrBradBodle
Thanks Marina! I think the recommendations apply to most nutritional approaches. Just find what makes you feel the best and stick with it! âşď¸ Thanks for watching!
@EdenGold
I completely agree with ALL of this. I've always wanted to try an elimination diet (does alcohol count because I'm on day 25 alcohol free! lol) but other foods that may be causing inflammation in my diet as well to see the reactions it has on my body
@DrBradBodle
Any kind of change to try to support your body in the best possible way definitely counts! Find what feels best to you and go for it. You don't have to make multiple changes at once either, if you feel like changing one thing at a time, that's great. It's your party đđ
@ElizabethSampson
I like that AIP is a framework to start with and can be customized. I do agree with finding out what works for you. I think the food swaps down the road would be more helpful once you learn the protocol.
