AFI Lyrics

Your faith lost, you are now one of us"
(Repeat)
"Nothing from nowhere, I'm no one at all, radiate recognize one silent call as we all form one dark flame." Incinerate!
(Repeat) as we all form one dark flame. As we all,
"love your hate, your faith lost, you are now one of us."
(Repeat)
The lyrics to AFI's song Miseria_Cantare-The_Beginning convey a sense of unity in darkness, illustrated through the repetition of the phrase "Love your hate, your faith lost, you are now one of us." It speaks to a common experience of feeling isolated and alone, without a clear sense of purpose or identity. The opening line "Nothing from nowhere, I'm no one at all" emphasizes this feeling of insignificance and disconnection from the world.
However, the chorus offers a solution to this existential crisis: joining with others who have also experienced pain and loss, as symbolized by the formation of a "dark flame." This is not a destructive force, but rather one of collective strength and resilience. The final line of the chorus, "Incinerate!", suggests a burning away of negative emotions and a forging of something new and powerful.
