I used to have experiences similar to yours, and more actually. But I actually found out the truth. The truth is that yes, these are very spiritual experiences, but that it's not from the good side, no matter how good and "peaceful" it may seem.
The truth is that there are two options for everyone. Either you follow and love and worship the Almighty God through faith in (and relationship with) Jesus Christ, or you follow and serve the kingdom of darkness. I used to think there was a middle ground but it's not true. If you are not with God then you are with the kingdom of darkness.
And the thing is, they have "power" as well, it's not impressive at all if you know the power of the Almighty God. But to impressionable human beings such as you and such as I was, it is very intriguing.
But here's the thing: they use very different ways and tools just to distract you and keep you from the Lord. That's because their fate is to end up in the lake of fire to burn for ever. And they hate it, and their mission is to take as many people with them as possible.
What you can do is extremely simple. I can't really think of a logical reason not to do this. It is to ask God, ask Jesus. You could get on your knees or do it sitting or lying in bed, wherever you want. Just ask Him: "Hey, Jesus, this random woman online told me that you are real and that you are our only way to salvation. Is this true? If this is true then I ask You to reveal Yourself to me." it can really be that simple.

I once got a possession when I did meditation on past life. All of a sudden I felt this thing go into my lower back, and it went slowly up throughout my body slowly, becoming one with my body. It reached my head and when it was done, I closed my eyes and looked around and saw on my right side (under the eyelids) a serpent/dragon/reptilian eye. It had yellow and red in around where the black iris were. The iris had a slit, exactly like a snake or other reptilians, exactly like a dragon eye. I also started to blink like how a bird, or iguana blinks/looks around with its eyes, when it had possessed me. Even if I still had full control over myself, I still blinked/looked around like that.
This happening was very interesting for me before I got panic, because I was still searching truth and did not accept Jesus 100% yet, was baptized but still I did not know what to believe, that's why I tested Kundalini/3rd eye/past life meditation, which in turn led me to be possessed! The mind-boggling thing is that in Kundalini teaching they talk about a snake going through your lower back up to the head but not as a possession but that it is within us all that awakens! WOW! And they were not kidding as I went through this in person!
Anyway, Something (I now know was Grace from God in Jesus) made me jump down in prayer on my knees, and after being exhausted after crying my eyes out in fear and repentance, I closed my eyes and saw white and then woke up, and I felt how this spirit went slowly out from me, and I closed my eyes again to see if it was still there, and I could not see the serpent eye anymore, and I did not blink like it anymore.
I now know that, this experience was a blessing because it is what made me really deep dive into knowing God in Jesus. Seriously people reading this, this thing, if it was not a demon or Satan himself is what I think also be Antichrist spirit. Like say, if it still were in me, maybe it would've made my into Antichrist, like it was checking if I was a good candidate to use, maybe this is what it will do when Antichrist comes, the Antichrist will have a possession of that spirit? Just guessing, but I believe more that what would've happened was maybe that this serpent would've taken over me all together and then living as me in my body making me do something horrible or that I would simply fall down and die. I don't know, but I know it could not have been good to have that thing inside me any longer.
Many will take that as some kind of power and use it, instead of humbly praying that God take it away like I did, that's why God had mercy because I showed him I love him more! Thank God for that in Jesus name!! This happening to me was something so unreal, it was like being in a movie. Those people out there teaching Kundalini and having the excuse saying that "It is the inner snake awakening within you and means you are enlightened" is horrible!!, and people need to understand this, those who are practicing Kundalini, they need to get that spirit out of them NOW!! They do not know what they are doing, and are being deceived!! They need to be saved!!
