Nella Fantasía
Amici Forever Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Nella fantasia io vedo un mondo giusto
Li tutti vivono in pace e in onestà
Lo sogno d'anime che sono sempre libere
Come le nuvole che volano
Pien' d'umanità in fondo all'anima

Nella fantasia esiste un vento caldo
Che soffia sulle città, come amico
Lo sogno d'anime che sono sempre libere

Come le nuvole che volano
Pien' d'umanità in fondo all'anima

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Amici Forever's song "Nella fantasia" are a beautiful depiction of an ideal world that exists only in the imagination, or "fantasia," of the singer. The singer describes a utopia where everyone lives with honesty and in peace, and where the soul is forever free. This utopia is vividly imagined, with the presence of warm winds blowing through the cities like a friend. This dream is held by the singer as a vision of hope and possibility.

Throughout the song, the singer uses the image of clouds to represent the freedom that the soul finds in this utopia. The clouds are always free to soar, uninhibited by any earthly constraints, and the souls that the singer dreams of are similarly unencumbered. The human spirit is imagined as being pure and inherently good, with all the best qualities that make up the essence of what it means to be human.

The lyrics to "Nella fantasia" are a beautiful tribute to the human spirit and to the capacity of the human imagination to envision a better world. They evoke a sense of wonder and possibility, and encourage the listener to imagine what is possible when we allow ourselves to dream.

I have so many different versions of this song on my iPod. These three you've used are my favorites. Such a beautiful song!

Wonderful....such a GREAT idea. Won't it be great if three of these groups will be together in a concert....will be like a Concert Made in heaven!!!!

Thank you so much for this compilation of such a beautiful song. It brought tears to my eyes. Critics have been harsh with Sarah Brightman but all that really matters is that she sings from the heart & it sounds just fine to me. I love her voice. Once again thanks for sharing this.

Great editing! When I was listening to it, my mind was also imagining that Sarah Brightman, Il Divo, and Amici Forever were performing altogether on the same stage. Wouldn't that be fantastic if it came true?

Everett Cox

Absolutely magnificent!!!!! I had not heard of Amici before and I regret you did not include more of them here.

Wow, it's seamless! Which program did you use to edit this? I love Amici's version, but Sarah's will always be the best. It's been recorded so many times, but no one has improved upon Sarah's version.

This is seriously the most beautiful version of this song. You have done a superb job in stringing together all the versions from the different artists. You are the star that put this together and having lost the love of my life just a few short days ago this brings comfort to my soul.

William Collins

This is what i call music, real music. Amazing.

This is terrific. I love this music/song and think the editing is great. One note...I wish the ending wasn't so abrupt but find that true with many things on YouTube.

Bo Miller

Very nice! I like Amici Forever's version best, because they blend both male and female voices so well. All of these were excellent though!
