Ansaphone had a convoluted start. In the beginning, Jajat, Vq, Ricki, Rendi… Read Full Bio ↴Ansaphone had a convoluted start. In the beginning, Jajat, Vq, Ricki, Rendi and Obur were in a band together. The early days were rough and two members left the band stating boredom.

Later the band went into a hiatus which was lifted when Jajat, the principle founder of Ansaphone, decided to revive the band. Vq and Ricki agreed to restart the band. And with the new name, Ansaphone, they started to create post-rock soundscapes not unlike famed post-rock greats Explosions in the Sky and Mogwai. Ansaphone found rhythm and melody in Adhit (bass) and Rian (guitar) to augment the Ansaphone sound.

Most recently they just released a critically acclaimed EP entitled "Morning Lights Recover" a collection of soundscapes Ansaphone hopes to bewitch listeners into a state of calm and trance.
