They started in 1993 by playing covers of Metallica, but once the concept became popular they wrote their own original works, maintaining the thrash metal influences on their albums Inquisition Symphony (mainly covers as well) and Cult. Since Reflections they have added drums to their recordings and live performances.

You and some other clueless fools decided to sneak in the Moutain King's castle, unaware that it's castle was not unhabited.
You tip toe across the halls, as a foreboding presence all around the seemly lonely castle sends chills to your spine...
Calm and solene, all things rested in their places... Until you touched something you shouldn't have. In a small room with windows who gave vision to the so tall mountains, lies a rope with worn-out gold decoratives, dangling down from an unseen roof. Innocently and carelessly, you pull the rope down, and the overwhelmingly quiet castle now trembles with the sound of a gigantic bell.
You and the poor souls who tagged along start to panic, as you all rush to the exit, fearing that you have awaken something evil.
And you did.
A silhouette stands tall over the exit, it's long, old and decrepit cape rests in the dusted pristine floor. The ever so clean blade of it's sword reflects into your poor, hopeless eyes with the little of natural light that comes from the windows, and it's iconic crown shines with royal triumph. You are in the presence of a King. The Mountain King.
You run back to the halls, as the King starts the countdown, chasing you all at slow steps.
The old and ragged paintings laugh hysterically at you with sadistic joy, for they know that your fate has already been sealed.

i think the reason why i love the opening, just as a bunch of others do, is becuase it just SCREAMS "WARNING" like, "LEVIATHAN SIZED SOUL DEVOURER INBOUND" kinda warning, straight up blood curtling death siren.
