The song "Kaise Unko Paoon Aali" sung by Asha Bhosle is a soulful and nostalgic song that depicts the yearning of someone to find their lost love. The lyrics express the longing to reunite with the loved one and the pain of separation. The lines "Kaise Unko Paoon Aali" is repeated multiple times in the song, which translates to "How can I find them now?"
The poet likens their tears to dust, which signifies that with every tear shed, a part of them is lost, disintegrated, and gone forever. The poet also refers to the bondage of their eyelids where their eyes are captive to the memories of their loved one. They wish to break free from this captivity, but it seems impossible.
Throughout the song, the poet highlights the impossibility of finding their lover. Even the shadows of the trees and the reflection of the stars provide them no solace or hope. The song concludes with the repeating of the lines "Kaise Unko Paoon Aali," implying that they will continue searching for their lost love despite the impossibility of ever finding them again.
Overall, the song's lyrics are emotional, heart-wrenching, and poignant. It is a longing, nostalgic ballad that many can relate to in terms of losing someone they love.
