Curren$y had an underground hit in 2006, Where Da Cash At, which can be heard on several of Lil' Wayne's mixtapes, including Dedication 2. He was featured on Lil Wayne's song "Grown Man" from the album Tha Carter II. Due to certain issues concerning the release of his album Music 2 Fly 2, he left Young Money and formed his Fly Society crew with professional skateboarder and rapper Terry Kennedy.
He has since focused on his Jets movement, which helped introduce various rappers such as Trademark da Skydiver, Young Roddy, Fendi P and T.Y., as well as slightly reintroduce No Limit veteran Fiend to new audiences. He later started to work in New York with Ski Beatz and other MCs at Dame Dash's DD172; where he released Pilot Talk and its sequel Pilot Talk II both in 2010, and was also featured on several songs on Ski Beatz' 24 Hour Karate School. Since then, Curren$y has put out eight more albums, 25 EPs and 43 mixtapes.

Chrome rims, South Beach in the middle of the street
Trippin' I'll accept them lil' penalties when I get 'em
If the papers wasn't so thick, I probably roll the joint in the middle of 'em
Fool ain't know Spitta just inclined to go and get it
We all like the new Benz, I just got mine a lil' bit quicker
A glimpse into this Jet living as fast cars faster women
I would've been mega-pimping, I ain't have the time to put in it
That's cold game deliver Direct TV Sunday ticket
Suckas can't be down so they just be mad with us
We don't drink or smoke our hash with them ass kissers
You gotta be your own man 'fore I ever call you mister
They gon' have to call me billionaire Jet this year
Still on my hustle, bitches still love him
Big block Chevy motor running, you can hear him coming
Yeah focused on money, keep them numbers doubling
If it ain't about amounts then it ain't about nothing
Still on my hustle, bitches still love him
Big block Chevy motor running, you can hear him coming
Yeah focused on money, keep them numbers doubling
If it ain't about amounts then it ain't about nothing
I begin my day off with a half ounce
Clack in on that cash route, bust you in yo' damn mouth
Million pounds of vegetation, semi-auto registration
Built millions off being patient, clutch in, no hesitation
I roll by, I shake the ground with my presence
Bitches scream my name, you tell yo' nigga yea I said it
Run and tell a message, motherfuckas keep up gossip
You see more money more problems, you tell me how a nigga solve 'em
(See I can't call it, I stay balling, never falling off
You still a pussy ass nigga if your heart is soft)
You pay the cost, point seen, money lost, taking off
In that Jet Life, kill you quick and see you in the next life
See I'm forever paid, rolling Gazelle shades
I got it made, cloud to smoke, you know a nigga dazed
(See that's the motto that I live by
Currency, you know that M-O-N-E-Y)
Still on my hustle, bitches still love him
Big block Chevy motor running, you can hear him coming
Yeah focused on money, keep them numbers doubling
If it ain't about amounts then it ain't about nothing
Still on my hustle, bitches still love him
Big block Chevy motor running, you can hear him coming
Yeah focused on money, keep them numbers doubling
If it ain't about amounts then it ain't about nothing
In "Fast Cars Faster Women" by Curren$y feat. Daz, the artists rap about their luxurious lifestyle filled with fast cars, beautiful women, and money. Curren$y starts by expressing his desire for a Porsche GT3 and chrome rims in South Beach. He doesn't worry about the consequences of his actions, as he's willing to accept the penalties that come with it. He claims that he's always been one to work hard and get what he wants. He describes his fast-paced lifestyle full of expensive cars and women. Despite the luxurious lifestyle, Curren$y admits that he doesn't have the time to put effort into it to make it truly extravagant. He then boasts that he's a successful businessman and has built his wealth through hard work and patience.
Daz's verse is all about his hustle in the rap game. He raps about his success, his Chevy with a loud engine, and how he's always focused on making more money. He talks about his patience and how it's helped him build his success. Daz uses his verse to brag about his money and success, reminding others that if it's not about amounts of money, then it's not worth it. The chorus is a repeated statement that emphasizes the artist's focus on making money and their love for fast cars and women.
Overall, "Fast Cars Faster Women" is a song about living a lavish lifestyle through hard work and perseverance. The artists celebrate their success and remind us that it's all about the money, fast cars, and women.
