Love from the Stone
Dark Moor Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Love came to me,
love for good,
from the stone.
With love, how could
I be alone?

Love came to me,
after life
from the stone.
Me and my wife
on our own.

Love grows everlasting
into me and turns out bendless,
Love which grows in the endless
solitude.

Your kiss inflames my frozen heart
while yours breaks down and falls apart
and both, at least, are ready to depart
so far and free.
Your kiss is burning on my lips,
your life outside forever slips
while all my soul withing my mouth just sips
yours into me.

Love came to me,
like a flame,
from the stone.
When my love came
I was gone.

Love grows everlasting
into me and turns out bendless,
Love which grows in the endless
solitude.

Your kiss inflames my frozen heart
while yours breaks down and falls apart
and both, at least, are ready to depart
so far and free.
Your kiss is burning on my lips,
your life outside forever slips
while all my soul withing my mouth just sips
yours into me.

Your kiss inflames my frozen heart
while yours breaks down and falls apart
and both, at least, are ready to depart
so far and free.
Your kiss is burning on my lips,
your life outside forever slips

while all my soul withing my mouth just sips
yours into me.

Overall Meaning

The song "Love from the Stone" by Dark Moor talks about the power of love and how it can come from unexpected places. The first stanza speaks about how love came to the singer and how it made them feel less alone. The use of the phrase "from the stone" could refer to an old, hardened heart that was softened by love. The second stanza talks about how love came to the singer after a difficult period in their life. The use of "me and my wife on our own" implies that the singer's partner was with them during the hard times and helped them overcome it.

The chorus talks about how love grows everlasting and can overcome anything. It also mentions how love can turn out bendless, which could mean that it can withstand any kind of challenge. The repetition of "Love which grows in the endless solitude" emphasizes how love can flourish even in dark times.

The bridge of the song talks about how the singer's partner's kiss inflames their frozen heart, while their partner's life outside falls apart. It could imply that the singer's significant other comes into their life and helps them see the bright side, while they, in turn, absorb their partner's positive energy. It seems to be a symbiotic relationship where the partners help each other grow and heal.

Ugh where have you guys been all my life? I'm so in love with your music. How can you be so perfect? ;-; I've never been too interested in Spanish culture, but Alfred's accent is just adorable and he sounds like an angel.

Tipo de Incógnito

Spanish culture is not as many people think like flamenco and bullfights.. Its much much more.
