Cambio De Piel

Me dejo ver
Me dejo ver
Cambio de piel
Soy yo de nuevo
Bajo la lluvia el sol salió
Y mi alma floreció
Cambio de piel
Me dejo ver
Cambio de piel
Soy yo de nuevo
Bajo la lluvia el sol salió
Y mi alma floreció
The song "Cambio De Piel" by Denise Rosenthal talks about the need for change and growth in order to become the best version of ourselves. The first verse talks about the fear of losing oneself and the struggle to leave behind things that are harmful. The singer admits to being unable to let go of negative things in the past and feeling like she was being carried away by the current of life.
The second verse speaks about the realization that the illusion of who the singer thought she was had played a trick on her mind, causing her to lose sight of who she really was and what she wanted to become. The chorus, "Cambio de piel, me dejo ver," translates to "changing skin, I let myself be seen," which implies that the singer is shedding her old self and revealing a new, improved version of herself.
In the second half of the song, the singer describes herself as complex and difficult to please, but willing to give her all to be the best version of herself. The song ends with the refrain "Cambio de piel, soy yo de nuevo," which means "changing skin, I am myself again," emphasizing that sometimes we need to go through a radical transformation in order to rediscover who we truly are.
