End of Fashion Lyrics

That's your life and this is my pain
No matter what they tell you its never the truth
Always trying to take away the blanket of youth
So be there as only you can
No mystery, it's part of my plan
No matter what they tell you it's never the truth
Only this time, only this time, only this time
Is this so, is this so
Well there's danger around in the air
Its poisoning but we don't care
No matter what they tell you its never the truth
Only this time, only this time, only this time
Is this so, is this so
This is my way, this is my way baby
Oh oh city girl
This is so, this is so
This is my way, this is my way baby
The song "Biscit" by End of Fashion is a representation of the struggles of young adulthood and the pressure to conform to societal norms. The lyricist speaks of the desire to find their own path in life and not be told what to do or how to live. They reject the idea of following someone else's example and experiencing the same pain as a result. The lyrics imply that people often claim to know the truth and give advice, but it is not always applicable to everyone's individual situation as society seeks to impose conformity at the cost of individuality.
The song also touches on the idea of danger and the disregard society has for it. The lyricist addresses the idea that despite the dangers present in life, particularly in large cities, people choose to ignore them and carry on regardless. The chorus emphasises the point that the events happening at this moment are unique and cannot be replicated, highlighting the fragility of life and the importance of living as your true self.
Overall, "Biscit" is a song about breaking free from the conventions of life and finding one's own individual path. The lyrics are honest and raw, reflecting the fears and pressures of young adulthood.
