Teenager Factory
Escape With Romeo Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I don't want to wait
and when the chance comes
don't want to hesitate
don't want to keep my dreams
hidden inside
I want to see them come true
a fire in the night
Teenager factory
that's where I want o be
Teenager factory
Heaven on the turntables
purgatory in your eyes
all is built around illusion
and bright shining lies
that doesn't matter
I flirt with the unknown
I reach the state of ecstasy
and all my problems gone
Teenager factory
that's where I want o be
Teenager factory
The lyrics of Escape With Romeo's song Teenager Factory express the desire of the singer to live life to the fullest and seize every opportunity that comes their way. They are not content with waiting for things to happen, but instead are eager to make their dreams a reality. The lines "I want everything, I don't want to wait, and when the chance comes, don't want to hesitate" perfectly encapsulate their mindset.
The "Teenager Factory" that they refer to is likely a metaphor for a place where one can be young and carefree, free from the responsibilities and stresses of adult life. It is a place where they can let go of their problems and feel alive, as evidenced in the lyrics "Heaven on the turntables, purgatory in your eyes, all is built around illusion and bright shining lies." The singer is willing to take risks and flirt with the unknown in order to attain this state of ecstasy.
Overall, the song captures the spirit of youth and the desire to live life to the fullest, even if it means rejecting the conventional and embracing the unknown.
