One monster i hate when people complain about is Laika, all the other
dragon knights are good and they put Laika in the shadows. BUT all
people do is complain rather than use his awakening resistance bonus to
their advantage. I built my Laika on despair/Blade (ideally
Despair/Revenge), not only did he do 50k+ with galleon buffs but he also
has 90% resistance, a chance to stun with his passive when attacked AND
a change to stun when HE attacks. since rune removal i took his runes
off do make my other monsters better but if Laika is your only nat 5 he
can be a realy savage stunner on despair revenge.

I struggle to get it.
Does 1 AoE really justify it enough to use Despair?
By double AoEs absolutely, but otherwise i have doubts.

Another question is; does Despair reset on multi-hit attacks?
Like Soha attacking 3 times and her having for each hit 25% chance to stun.
Or doesn't it?

And how does it work if the attack has already build-in stun.
Does it stack?
Or do these percentages then work seperately?

I like Lupinus (Wind Magic Knight). She kills their speed bar with her third attack and hits the main target three times on her first and third attack (both aoe). only problem i can see is that she is kinda slow. If you can fast rune her (2nd rune-slot) i think she can be very useful.

First of, I am not a new player but all this time I've been wondering, if you have high accuracy, will that effect the percentage or chance of despair runes to stun the enemies? I used to use Ethna on despair with +41 spd in subs(she has 119 spd base) because of her seond skill, aoe defense break with 2 turns cooldown, now i puted her on Violent, very good too, but sometimes I miss her with despair. Nice video Jewbagel, very useful for a lot of begginers and soe mid game players

yes.. the skill has 100% chance to succed (be triggered) high accuracy will help you to don't be resisted... his second skill only has a 30% chance to be triggered (can happen or not).. if it successfully happens.. accuracy will help you to don't be resisted, but don't increases the 30% initial odds to be activated... but skill ups will help you there (but woochi hasn't)

How about multi-hitters? People have diverging opinions about it proc'ing only on 1st hit, proc every time or proc every time only if the monster has a debuff effect on the multi-hit skill (not pure damage)

I have my zaiross on despair with speed on slot 2 and accuracy on slot 6. I like to use him for TOA hard. Lots of pple say I'm crazy. Should I change him?

Yeah I like him to reset skills and possible stun and the poison too. His damage sucks (5k with no buff or def break), but he helps big time with TOA hard. I can auto until about floor 80 or so.

That's a utility zaiross, if that's what you like, then keep it. He's runed a way that works for you. Zaiross is a very flexible monster, he can be runed SO MANY WAYS. :)

For multiple hits aoe skills it can only stun on the first hit. Some single target multiple hit first skills have 25% stun rate on each hit though.

Well, regarding question 1 and 3 we basically said the same. With the multi-hits it was an assumption, that's why I started with AFAIK (as far as I know). It was based on experience with the fire Pierret and she stunned much more with her 3rd skill than single-hit AoE monsters, but I forgot that her 3rd skill also has a built-in stun. According to some reddit-research I just did, the despair stuns get calculated for the first hit only and multi-hit doesn't increase your chances compared to single-hit. My bad.

If it works out well for you and your set up, by all means keep it. Though, give it the entire month to test out for next RRD. If you're not satisfied, you can always go back and change it when it's RRD again. If you are, then you just found a good personal set up that works with the comp you have your Craka in.
