Just so people know: the red Lucario at 0:20 is Lucario’s Player 2 colour scheme in Pokkén Tournament (notice the band around its leg). It’s not anything related to Sword and Shield.

One thing I would like to have is something like the 3DS 3-dimensional view. It made things more immersive. I tried it at the store, switched between 2d and 3d, and liked the 3D a lot. I think that could look amazing for this type of game from what I see.

I'm glad that Game Freak expanded their space to do bigger and better things with Pokemon. Also, I want to visit all Japan to go to all of the Pokemon Centers and buy a considerable amount Pokemon merchandise at them.

On the town rendering screen, the tab name for shown file is called "kaabu/saafosu" in katakana. This might refers to the gym leader Kabu and possibly it's Sw/Sh counterpart Sirfrost(?). Next tabs says: Orion, Sukarubuto, and Rikingu. Probably other gym leaders?

On clearer view, it says Kaabu/Saafesu (Surface), so it's definitely Kabu's gym town without counterpart. Then Porigon (Polygon) and Rigingu (Riging) which most likely just software related terms :(

This might sound embarrassing. I lived in Japan for half a year and didn't visit a Pokemon Center. Then again I lived in a village in rural Japan so that somewhat counts as an excuse I hope.
But, I'm heading there again in February and I managed to convince my friend to take me to the Pokemon Center Mega (and the Sendai Fox Park). Otherwise I'll just stick to mountains again :-) .

Well I can see why the size of the game would be 10.3GB, look at the size of that town!
We've seen a bit in the trailer, the town could at least fit 5000 players in there and still have space to walk freely!

Which Gyms appear in the Major League and Minor League will differ between Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. For example, depending on the version of the game, Trainers will be able to challenge different Gym Leaders, such as Bea or Allister."

That is the direct quote from Pokemon Company. They are the ones who keep bringing up the minor league in addition to the Major league in the main story.

Your league challenge will consist of 8 gyms in the Major league, and then you'll move on to the league as always - which they said back in July.

There are going to be 18 gyms - 1 for each type, and with version exclusives, However there is also going to be the minor league. Just the fact that Pokemon Company keeps bringing up both major and minor league, shows that they will have a role in the games, not just lore wise.

Ohmori also revealed that both the story and post game will be big, and the minor/major league power struggles might have something to do with that. The only information changed is that the other 10 gyms will not count for your Gym challenge - but that doesn't mean you won't be able to battle them or do something post game with the minor league.

@Ryan Germain geography, and me living in the UK, exactly close to Blackpool, Southport, Liverpool and Manchester. It's not difficult to discover that Galar is the island of Great Britain turned upside-down. Since this is the Pokemon Universe, some areas have slightly moved about. Also, Glimwood Tangle is Sherwood Forest and the Wild Area is the Lake District.

@Ryan Germain The Rock Area could be The Peak District since that is famous for it's hills and rocky areas (Town is Buxton, known for it's mineral spring water), Glimwood Tangle is clearly Sherwood Forest, and the town in it is Nottingham. The Dugtrio statue has no real life equivalent, so is a Pokemon World only exclusive structure.

@Jeanne Pucelle i'm guessing it's just a cinematic camera view :3 it looks really cool from what we've seen! i really wanna get in and see those clothing and character customization's though! i saw in some other trailer snippet that your character was even able to buy the gym leaders clothing like nessa's and allisters :D also we can FINALLY dye our hair colors red! they've really over hauled the customization this gen it seems
