I wanted to outline 2 things I noticed while watching and I think are probably causing the most problems. Granted there is still a potential of many other factors that we are not aware, but theae seem to be pretty common traits.
1. Lack of organization and and rushed development times
I'm pretty sure alot of people already know about this as it's pretty evident if we look at the games themselves. But there's something else I want to highlight that I don't think most others have.
2. Discrimination:
Now I dont mean Gamefreak is literally segregating entire groups of people (okay kinda literally with the security and departments) or they're about to go all Kanye West next pokemon direct, but I've noticed that the more positive reviews tend be from older (30's) personnel and with jobs like manager or cg designer (from what I could gather a cg designer appears to be someone who works with 2d/3d art; I could be wrong about that). While the more negative reviews come from younger (20's) personnel with jobs like designer or planner. I think that Gamefreak thinks more highly and are more appreciative of some over others. I dont want to imply that the perspectives of the positive reviews aren't valid or a part of the problem, neither are the negative reviews, but it does seem like favorability teters to one way.

I think people should be more aware that they really dont care about the games beeing good but only to make a product and selling it
While there are passionate people there its mostly designers and not actuall developers or higher ups
I saw in chat so many times how people defend gamefreak or try to talk around it wich is just sad
I personaly want pokemon games to be better and perhaps that will never happen
Ive caught myself defending legends arceus but sv silenced me
I had that glimmer of hope that they would fix the game
...but when the glitch came out that can erase your save file i left it entirely last time i pickefnit up i just got iron leaves and walking wake but i just cant stand this and watch pokemon slowly becoming nothing but a money machine
You even skipped over the "good " reviews of saying that the job pays well but you dont do anything interessting or learn anything wich brings us to another one of gamefreaks lie saying that they encourage young people learning there
If this topic foesnt get enough attention pokemon may never end up having an actually qualaty game that has 5 years put into it

The contradictions likely come from different departments having different treatments. The music team could be having their opinions heard and respected, while complaints from the animators could go unheard and dismissed.

In the case of lying and getting sued, its called defamation and you can sue for it here, although you need proof that they're the person who lied about you and if what they said has absolutely no bases. You cant sue someone for defamation because your feelings got hurt

I think we already know Gamefreak and TPC as a whole needs way better management. " Exposing" gamefreak at this point is beating the already decomposed skeleton of a horse.
Also, if you are critiquing something like this in a different language, maybe you should not rely on machine translation. The dude probably could have asked a fluent japanese and english speaker to translate them properly.
