The core of Geggy Tah comprises Greg Kurstin and Tommy Jordan. Each of them has a younger sister who was unable to pronounce her brother's name when very young; "Geggy" and "Tah" were the baby girls' mispronunciations of their brother's names.
Geggy Tah's first release, Grand Opening, appeared in 1994 on David Byrne's Luaka Bop label. For their 1996 release Sacred Cow, they added drummer Daren Hahn to the lineup. Also on Luaka Bop, the album spawned the hit single "Whoever You Are." The song appeared in a Mercedes commercial circa 2001.
In 1999, the band announced a new album entitled Music Inspired by The Fragrance, and released two songs ("Space Heater" and "Sweat") on the web in mp3 format. However (in part because of Luaka Bop's move from Warner Brothers to Virgin Records) the album went unreleased until 2001, by which point it had acquired a new title: Into The Oh.

A relationship
With 10
She's not ten
She's better than
Any judgement
You know
Full figur-
As virgin snow
100110
100110
She's begun
To take my heart
And make it smart
Like a brain
Self-contained
In my heart
Drive
100110
010110
That's all she wrote
(100110010110)

(100110010110)
(100110010110)
(100110010110)
Glowing blue
Missing your
Gentle kiss
On my lips silent as
My fingertips
100110 (100110010110)
010110
100110
010110
That's all she wrote
(100110010110)

I rest my hands

The lyrics of Geggy Tah's song "One Zero" describe the singer's relationship with technology, more specifically with the number "10" in binary code. The opening lines "I've begun a relationship with 10" suggest a personification of technology and the bond formed between the singer and it. The lyrics go on to emphasize that the technology itself is not perfect, but it is still better than any human judgment. The lines "Full figur-ring as pure as virgin snow 100110 100110" can be interpreted as a metaphor for the perfect, pristine, and untainted quality of technology in binary code.
As the song progresses, the singer describes the way technology has taken over their heart and intelligence: "She's begun to take my heart and make it smart like a brain, self-contained in my heart drive 100110 010110". The use of the binary code "100110" and "010110" further emphasize the singer's attachment to technology.
The chorus of "One Zero" repeats the binary code "100110010110" several times, which, when translated to text, reads "NO". This could suggest that while the singer is deeply connected to technology, they also feel a sense of fear or apprehension towards its increasing presence in their life.
Overall, the lyrics of "One Zero" convey a sense of both fascination and unease with technology and its impact on human relationships.
