1) Heavy Load was a heavy metal band from Stockholm, Sweden. Formed in 1976 by the brothers Ragne (vocals and guitar) and Styrbjörn Wahlquist (vocals and drums), together with bassist Michael Backlund.
In 1977 Heavy Load recorded their first album "Full Speed at High Level" (released 1978), now with Dan Molén on the bass.
After their debut, Ex-Highbrow guitarist was added to the lineup as well as Torbjörn Ragnesjö (A cousin of the Wahlquist brothers), replacing Dan Molén. This line-up released the EP "Metal Conquest" and the two full- length albums "Death or Glory" (1982) and "Stronger than Evil" (1983) on their own record label before breaking up. "Stronger than Evil" even featured renowned bass player Phil Lynott on the song "Free". Heavy Load was known in Sweden and also had a following in Japan, but in spite of this they never made any real commercial breakthrough. A last try was made in 1985 with the single "Monsters of the Night", featuring bassist Andreas Fritz, but the band split up shortly after.
In 1987, the Wahlquist Bros. kickstarted the band again and recorded an album together with ex-UFO bassist Paul Gray and guitarist Patrik Karlsson. The album was never released, though. Years later though, a cover of "Run with the Devil" was recorded by another Swedish metal band, Hammerfall, featuring backing vocals by the Wahlquist brothers.
2) Heavyload are Brighton's punk outfit, ambition, fantasy, expectation and desire that fuels the band. But they’re also uniquely, made up of musicians with and without learning disabilities.

The Heavy Load's song "Might For Right" talks about self-determination, individualism, and the rejection of conformity. The first two lines of the lyrics clearly illustrates the appropriate mindset of the singer, he does what he wants and talks how he wants to and doesn't care about what others think of him nor does he follow others' ways. He is proud of his mental capabilities and strength, and he does not want to be a slave to society as he believes in his strength and autonomy. He considers himself the master of his fate and says that his soul, arms, and brain are strong, and he does not belong to the crowd who blindly follow society's rules and regulations.
The chorus of the song emphasizes the main theme: the singer is ready to fight for his freedom and defend his right to live the way he wants. He believes in "Might for Right," and he emphasizes his will to fight and never comply with others' expectations. In the last paragraph, he says that he has decided to stand on his own feet and rejects the deadheads, who follow society’s way and lose their souls in the process. He believes in "Nature's law" that states that only the mightiest will survive, and he wants to live by that code.

The drum fill is exactly the same as Epidemic from Slayer. It’s also placed in the same position: at the beginning and at the end. I think Dave Lombardo liked this album.

Screaming physical guitar harmonics, multiple refrain voices.... This was the power of the 80's. Musicians now don't know what to reproduce in order to play metal...Anyway, this songs kicks MAJOR ass !
