2. Not only this Smooth Jazz band shares same band name, they have a song called "Millenium"(2006) that is exactly same title (intentionally misspelled) as the other Incognito's (Jazz Funk) song on their album "100° and Rising"(1995), plus the logo resembles in font. The title "Every Day"(2006) on the album Street Smarts exactly alike in titles (when read) with the other Incognito's famous tune "Everyday"(1995). They are often tagged totec radio. Also mis-tagged by fans as bluey where there's no link to Jean-Paul "Bluey" Maunick himself. r00ts & t4lk1n l0ud tags also used, that could mislead fans to the Bluey's famous tunes like "Roots" & "Talkin' Loud".

The Winter Of My Springs
Incognito Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
May have been the winter that made my heart so still
It must have been, must have been
What wakens us all to wonder I don't really know
But the best days of my life are the ones I spent with you
So continue to surprise me
Baby, I'll do the same for you
I'll let the mystery be
As long as it's you
As long as it's you
Anytime, anywhere, I don't care
Just as long as it's you
Thank you for your understanding
'Cause I know my love can be so demanding
(I know that I can)
Yes, I know that it means so much to you
Baby, when I treat you right and I'm holding you tight
Tears of joy come to your eyes like stars about to fall
Continue to still want me the way I still want you
I won't question why it feels so good
I'll let the mystery be
The Winter Of My Springs by Incognito speaks to the timeless and intangible nature of love and romance, exploring the way that certain moments and experiences can awaken us to wonder and renew our sense of being alive. The song begins with the line "Something 'bout April that makes me come alive," suggesting that the change of season and the renewal of life around us can have a powerful effect on our emotional and spiritual state. At the same time, the lyrics hint at a sense of melancholy and stillness that may come from a long and difficult winter, which may have made the singer's heart feel "so still."
Despite these challenges, however, the singer remains focused on the power of love and connection, particularly with a specific beloved individual. The line "But the best days of my life are the ones I spent with you" suggests that the singer finds solace and joy in this romantic relationship, and that their love has the power to transcend seasons and contexts. The singer continually emphasizes their willingness to explore and embrace the mystery of their love, "No, I won't question why it feels so good / I'll let the mystery be." This suggests a sense of openness and wonder in the face of the unknown, underscoring the idea that love is a complex and often inexplicable force.
Overall, The Winter Of My Springs conveys a deep sense of emotional resonance and depth, exploring the complex nature of love and romance with nuance and beauty. Its lush grooves, smooth vocal harmonies, and poignant lyrics make it an enduring favorite for fans of R&B and soul music.
