She took up piano at the age of five, attending Manhattan's Third Street Music School for two years, going on to the Jewish Community Center of Staten Island's Dorothy Delson Kuhn Music Institute. There she met vocal coach Elizabeth McCullough, who worked with her through high school. She is a graduate of Staten Island Technical High School and Binghamton University, where she received a degree in theatre.

Her influences range from Fiona Apple to Coldplay. She regularly appears at Manhattan venues such as The Knitting Factory, CBGB's Gallery, Bar 169, The Sidewalk Cafe, Kenny's Castaways, and Pianos.

She began recording music in 2002, releasing Slow the Rain independently in January of 2005. In 2006, Ingrid released her second album Girls and Boys. Her music has recently enjoyed a bit more commercial success with songs like "Breakable" and "Keep Breathing" being featured on ABC show Grey's Anatomy, as well as a 2007 Old Navy commercial being set to her song "The Way I Am".

I normally don't listen to much music outside of the genres I am accustomed to, but when I heard this song it just blew me away. Great melody, perfect voice for the song, the subtle use of minor shifts prior to coming back to the tonic key,... Brilliant, charming, and just so wonderful to listen to. I am always so happy to hear great music like this. Good music is one of the things in life that truly is a gift to all of us, regardless of what we like to listen to.

My wife would always sing this to our sweet pup when they cuddled on the couch. She would always look up at her when she sings to her. Our pup knew the song. One day she became very sick and the vet couldn’t do anything to save her. My wife cried and sang this song to her one last time while being euthanized. It was the most heart breaking thing I saw and brings me tears.

I think Ingrid Michaelson smiled when she came on yesterday. She and her foster baby Thomas connected just before "they took me off" (he said) and he even got the California nurses, by quoting what I said in my head during Electric Slide, and the nurses said it out loud:
"When are they going to break?" and I only said, "Break!" It's just Black Lives Matter (a division of the F.B.I.) doing their job again. Gosh, Thomas is in love with his SURROGATE MOTHER, and he also took to his father Douglas Clayton III, whose family is originally from Poland and they did own slaves in the South, before the family moved to upper State New York (conveniently located near Canada.) How did Poland provide a fertile ground for a concentration camp compared to Germany and France? They started Ravensbrook at the same time, and they raped and pillaged it. Clearly because it's an Eastern Country, the Country itself had something to offer. They learned how the AI wasn't working; such that, Hungarian and Russian inmates were used to show the world in the footage, "Escape from Auschwitz." In "the Most Dangerous Game" as the nurses say it, those of us who've been associated with 'Camp Auschwitz' they call it, certainly have tried 1) to put the stops back in by releasing information on an emergent protocol/procedure; 2) to activate the backdoor, the alarm system, and other peripherals (bring you witnesses to court, and bring them something tangible besides food - i need you to use this system; 3) to tell them appearances don't matter that much, and why is the grass always greener?; 4) Don't say this but what is a token of what they want "Can you hold my medication for me?"

After Thomas was almost dead in his incubator, they gave him another prick after I had gone on the AI escalator as much as possible. They just felt our collective mens rea wasn't voicing itself as much as the opposition is while I was asleep. They will lose I.M.! Ingrid followed the more or less antisocial wavelength pattern, because those people are allowed to choose a baby with an estate!!! The are allowed to testify because a perpetrator might be a victim and might have real information. She has her children, and I didn't know she was pregnant. She did a great job, but she had them induce Thomas after only five months, thinking then they could both take Nystatin. I wouldn't personally do that without negotiating she could have had hers increased at the end of the pregnancy, and she was creating good nutrition which the baby needs for protection. Some doctors think two per day is standard, but it's not usually good enough; and some thing four per day is standard, but that's for physical issues; while eight per day is for mental health.
Throughout my life, my father thought I expressed the sexual feelings adults have toward him, and as a Defendant under the American Flag, he was required to DEMONSTRATE his defense, so there were times when my friends told me he showed up at social functions, and he didn't talk to me, because his counter psychiatrist said it could help his case for me to have jealousy straight out. A noble supposition. The doctor rather balked at all of them there wouldn't be time; but then, he said he understood the theory if they followed my phone calls and letters (Free Expression.) Dr. Thom Lietman was managing two computer centers for men, and I knew he decided to concentrate on the East Coast and trust his Chinese men to man the West, and on the East we heard Erica Marcus by way of Elton John in junior high school, "Your Song." We even heard, "Tiny Dancer." We heard my cousins case, "Mrs. Robinson aren't you an alcoholic?" You don't know what that's like, it could happen in your neighborhood to the wife or daughter of a dangerous person. Tanya won't only say she doesn't know them, but she will fail on her ability to bear witness. Elizabeth Smart is known as a witness who can bear the publicity, plus she defends other people, and she expects some back, which is great because she knew I was despairing when there was no Internet. I could talk to a neighbor and they would catch up with us.
The countenance of Ingrid; and then, Thomas fell. They both think I'm writing a report, as if the report will lead to an involuntary action in California. If it's misspelled for example? When I get them on board, I can keep going, and why don't THEY go to California by themselves? How are satisfied? Accord and satisfaction, meeting of the minds, consideration.

And Margie and Tanya didn't do anything, and AWW said I was sleeping with the enemy too. Margie and Doug lived it, because love is based on hate and they often say "lie." I'm playing a couple different vids on February 7th at eight am EST. Prince Harry's yellow embroidered shirt is pictured above. Margie is contesting it, because I was going to say I can't send food, and the shirt folds into a small envelope. If I take it to the post office, they'll have a problem, and even the most recent CARRIER said, "This has to stop." I had put three dollars in stamps on it to get to New York, and I'll remind Prince Harry that Senator Kennedy used his own money for his mail room.
I just looked up Atomwaffen, literally nuclear cache of weapons, in German. Now, German is my brother-in-law's first language, but I'm sure he dreams in American. As in prior video (REASONABLE NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CIVIL, CRIMINAL, AND I DON'T KNOW ABOUT PROBATE COURT,) we knew of Atomwaffen's agenda, but I had proposed a new OATH FOR CIVIL SERVANTS: To help protect us against enemies, domestic and foreign, starting at home. If Atomwaffen was organized enough to do this agenda, THEN WE COULD COUNTER THEM, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Atomwaffen recruited from the C.I.A.!! They took more hostages!
My two West Coast nephews, Rhys and Maxwell, had started college when they were hospitalized. One was medicated with Abilify, and one was overmedicated with Abilify. Americans aren't that smart, and Abilify is manufactured in Japan, but the Japanese aren't that mean. What changed? It's the MACHINE imposing inopposite conditions. One individual gave CONFIDENCE to Ingrid Michaelson herself at ten p.m. on April 9th their time. I know your doctors think Americans can take Abilify, but we haven't heard from the manufacturer themselves. The circular I read was inaccurate and promotional.
So I was going to say they turned the lights out on I.M. already in captivity, and Lilibet did her best again. Both were given a few facts from the blog comment starting, "Lilibet's I.Q. is fragile."
