Do It Like We Used to Do
Jamiroquai Lyrics
I hear that music play
Same as yesterday
I hear that music play
Makes me wanna do it again
Do you remember when
The DJ used to send
A melting honey bomb
Send it to my ears express
So drop it steadily
'Cause when it touches me
You know my body starts to get possessed
So watch me come on through
'Cause then my music lives in you
I feel obliged to do
Do it
Just do it like we used to do
Whenever I wanna do it
Whenever I gotta do it
You know we got to do it
Do it like we used to do
Whenever I wanna do it
Whenever I gotta do it
You know we got to do it
Do it like we used to do
Come on, now do it, yeah
I wanna do it
Gotta do it
I wanna do it
Gotta do it
I wanna do it
Whenever I wanna do it
Whenever I gotta do it
You know we got to do it
Do it like we used to do [x2]
I hear that music play
Same as yesterday
I hear that music play
Makes me wanna do it again
Do you remember when
The DJ used to send
A melting honey bomb
Send it to my ears express
Oh yes
So drop it steadily
Push me astrally
'Cause when it touches me
My body starts to get possessed
Now watch me come on through
'Cause then my music lives in you
You feel obliged to do
Do it like we used to do
Whenever I wanna do it
Whenever I gotta do it
You know we got to do it
Do it like we used to do [x2]
(Whenever I wanna do it) Do it baby
(Whenever I gotta do it) Do it now we used to do
(You know we got to do it) Do it
(Do it like we used to do) Now we used to do
Whenever I wanna do it
(Whenever I gotta do it) Do it we used to do
(You know we got to do it) Do it
Do it like we used to do
Come on, now do it, yeah
Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it
(Do it) Whenever I wanna do it

i remember this band from the 90s but i didnt listen to any of their stuff except for "Virtual"last week (2019) i accidentaly came across a live clip on YouTube and was instantly captivated by Jay Kay's performing style and noticed the disco influence in their music (which is my favorite) i started digging up all of their music and the more i listen to, the more i am crazy about this band.. they proved that disco can be updated and sound today. Kay is full of charisma and his white boy moves are fantastic. cant get enough of him. im about 20 years late but i am now a Jamiroquai junkie!!! im going buy all the albums. they should of been a bigger band in the States. we missed out on Jamiorquai. what they do live is mesmerizing love em

This is how it is supposed to sound . When you feel good, and you step out on the dance floor, this is how it's supposed to be done.
