Nights Out In The Jungle
Jamiroquai Lyrics
Jungle
Rich kids in their supercars
Plastic gangsters, washed up movie stars
Angels in their stripper wear
Baby, I'm so wasted, I don't care
Nights out in the jungle
Always bring me down
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Gonna get that habit straight
Nights out in the jungle
I'm so early when I'm late
Painted ladies gigolos
Cracked up from their head down to their toes
It's all uptown chic and downtown fear
Eyeline smeared with help me someone tears
Drag queens in their limousines
Sometimes this jungle makes me wanna scream
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Rich kids in their supercars
Plastic gangsters, washed up movie stars
It's all uptown chic and downtown fear
Eyeline smeared with someone tears
Angels in their stripper wear
Baby, I'm so wasted, I don't care
Nights out in the jungle
In the jungle, nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
In the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle
Nights out in the jungle

The band's 1998 single, "Deeper Underground", was also number one in their native country.
As of 2017, Jamiroquai had sold more than 26 million albums worldwide. Their third album, Travelling Without Moving (1996), received a Guinness World Record as the best-selling funk album in history. The music video for its lead single, "Virtual Insanity", also contributed to the band's success. The song was named Video of the Year at the 1997 MTV Video Music Awards and earned the band a Grammy Award in 1998.

To the people who say they don't get the video: that's probably because you haven't lived it like I have... It nails it in showing how tired a man has gotten playing the stupid meaningless games and instant gratifications... He's just done with it... Not worth wasting time at nights out in the jungle any more.

Automaton is the best album this group has produced! Funky AF!
WOOLTON
