Taking a few years away from the music scene to work on new material, Jennifer released her second studio album, Positively Somewhere, in September 2001. This album featured a more mature pop-rock sound, but went virtually unnoticed in the U.S. after its release due to lack of promotion on her label's part. It wasn't until its European and Asian release in the summer of 2002 that it achieved some success, thanks to the modest hit "Stranded", a cover of the Plumb song. Following the release of this album, Paige parted ways with her label, Edel. As a result, her former label released a compilation record in 2003 called Flowers - The Hits Collection, which comprised all of Paige's singles alongside a selection of other material lifted from her first two albums.
It wasn't until April 2008 that Jennifer Paige released her follow-up album, Best Kept Secret. Released in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in 2008 through her new label GLOR Music Production GmbH, it included the singles "Wasted", "Underestimated", and the Nick Carter collaboration "Beautiful Lie".
A few years later, Paige collaborated with Coury Palermo for a couple of EPs but returned to her solo ventures for her first Christmas album, Holiday. Released in November 2012, it featured original seasonal material along with reworkings of old classics.
Following a successful kickstarter campaign, Paige released her fifth studio album in March 2017. Originally called Daydreamer, it was eventually renamed Starflower, and includes the single "The Devil's in the Details".
Feel the love

Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it
Tonight forget about your troubles
Feelin' so right, let the music take you til you're so high
When nothing seems to make sense, make sense
One more hit, take another trip into the abyss
While all your dreams get wasted, wasted
Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it
People round the world - All around the world
Gotta believe, b'lieve In something, something
Hear the beat, stomp your feet to the music
Sounds so sweet
All you gotta do, you gotta listen, listen
Never too late, pick up all the pieces, so what's the wait
There's no use in planning the great escape
There's so much to live for, don't you want more
So take time, everywhere you turn they're blowin' your mind
Sit back and relax, just hit the rewind
It's the right time to start over, just start over
Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it
People round the world - All around the world
Gotta believe, b'lieve In something, something
Hear the beat, stomp your feet to the music
Sounds so sweet
All you gotta do, you gotta listen, listen
All around the world, feel the love
All around the world, feel alive
Feel the beat, stomp your feet to the music, feel alive
Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it, feel alive
Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it
People round the world - All around the world
Gotta believe, b'lieve In something, something
Hear the beat, stomp your feet to the music
Sounds so sweet
All you gotta do, you gotta listen, listen
Feel the love, gotta love, gotta feel it
People round the world - All around the world
Gotta believe, b'lieve In something, something
Hear the beat, stomp your feet to the music
Sounds so sweet
All you gotta do, you gotta listen, listen
The lyrics to Jennifer Paige's "Feel the Love" are a call to action to let go of your worries and embrace the power of music to lift your spirits. The opening lines urge the listener to "feel the beat" and "move your feet to the music" as a way to tap into the joy and energy that comes from dancing. The chorus emphasizes the importance of love and believing in something, while the verses acknowledge that life can be difficult and painful at times, but suggest that music can help ease the burden.
Paige suggests that by taking "one more hit" and "wash[ing] your pain away with every sip," you can feel the rush of being alive and forget about your problems. However, she also acknowledges that this approach can be self-destructive, as "all your dreams get wasted, wasted." Instead, she advises the listener to "pick up all the pieces" and start over, to remember that there is "so much to live for" and embrace the power of music to help you get there.
Overall, "Feel the Love" is an upbeat, optimistic song that celebrates the power of music to bring people together and make them feel alive.
