Y mi perro no ladro
Yo no pude soportarlo y medio melancolia
Estoy dolido
Ella estubo aqui
Ella volvio
Ella estubo aqui
Ella estubo aqui
Ella volvio
Ella estubo aqui
Y no se quedo(bis)
The song, "Ella Volvio," by Joe Veras, speaks of the heartbreak experienced by the singer when his former lover returns to collect her things from his home. The song begins with the singer discovering that someone had entered his home and stolen a photo of his former lover, leaving him with a feeling of betrayal and a broken heart. The pain of the experience is described as "bleeding the pieces of [his] soul," conveying the intensity of his emotions.
As the song progresses, the singer realizes that it was his former lover who had entered his home, not burglars, and that she had returned to retrieve her belongings. The song suggests that the singer still harbors deep feelings for the woman and that her return has reopened old wounds, leaving him in a state of melancholy.
The chorus repeats the phrase "Ella estuvo aquí, ella volvió" ("She was here, she came back"), conveying both the surprise and pain of the singer at the return of his former lover to his life.
Overall, the song is a poignant portrayal of heartbreak and the lingering effects of past relationships on our lives.
