Voy A Llorar

Voy a llorar, voy a llorar
Voy a llorar
Mirando a solas mi triste destino
Voy a llorar, voy a llorar
Ay ay ay ay (Voy a llorar)
Es que ya no aguanto mas
The song "Voy A Llorar" by Joe Veras is a melancholic ballad about the pain of heartbreak and the healing power of tears. The lyrics express the singer's desire to cry in order to ease the pain that has wounded his feelings. He acknowledges that tears cannot be hidden, and sometimes the only way to move on is to let them flow. The lines "Este dolor que hirio mis sentimientos" and "Que me ha dejado huellas de tormento" capture the intensity of the suffering that has marked the singer's soul.
The song continues to describe the lonely journey of a heartbroken soul, encounters with memories of lost love along the way, and the struggle to overcome the pain. The phrase "Un alma triste que no puede volar" suggests a feeling of being trapped or unable to move forward. However, the singer's resolve to continue fighting and the recognition that tears are a necessary part of the healing process give the listener hope for a brighter future. The repetition of the phrase "Ay ay ay ay" at the end of the song reinforces the idea of the singer's overwhelming sense of loneliness.

That's why tears cannot be hidden
Y una lagrima poder regresar
And a tear can come back
