No More Heartaches Today

Now my whole life's complete
Everything's been rearranged
Love has changed this man, you see
Never again will I do her wrong
Because this love is too strong
But now there's
No more heartaches today
My baby's come home to stay
Welcome back, love
Goodbye heartache
At times it seemed (No more heartaches today)
I would never see her loving face again (No more heartaches today)
You see, I paced the floor a hundred times or more (No more heartaches today)
Longing for her return (No more heartaches today)
I treated her bad and made her sad
I complained, yet never once explained
Just what it was on my mind
Still she forgave me every time
But one day she said, I've had enough
Then she walked out the door with her love
Now there's
No more heartaches today
My baby's come home to stay
Welcome back, love
Goodbye heartache
At times it seemed (No more heartaches today)
I would never see her loving face again (No more heartaches today)
I paced the floor a hundred times or more (No more heartaches today)
Longing for her return (No more heartaches today)
When she needs love, I'll be there
I'll be understanding and so aware
Some things in life can be wrong
But I know she cares for me
And I'm gonna keep holding on
I'm so glad she's back in my arms
'Cause now there's no more heartaches today
I said my baby's come home to stay
Welcome back, love
Goodbye heartache
At times it seemed (No more heartaches today)
I'd never ever see her face again (No more heartaches today)
You see, I paced the floor a hundred times or more (No more heartaches today)
Longing for her return (No more heartaches today)
No more heartaches today
No more heartaches today
