Tropfen im Fluß
Juliane Werding Lyrics

Regne irgendwann herab
Und vielleicht speis ich dann den Quell
Aus dem der Fluss entspringt
Alles, was vergangen ist, beginnt
Und alles, was vergangen ist, beginnt
The song "Tropfen Im Fluss" by Juliane Werding talks about the journey of a water droplet in a slow-moving river. The droplet moves along with the time, sometimes feeling lethargic, and often sleeps in the grass at the river's edge. It dreams of a forgotten past and reflects on life's ultimate truth. The droplet has many questions and wonders if there is an end after everything, or if eternity is worth waiting for. Although insignificant, the droplet's questions have a purpose, and it tries to find answers by diving deep into the river. When the droplet falls from a waterfall, it separates into a thousand pieces, but it prevails everywhere.
The droplet embraces the slow-moving river and finally reaches the sea, where it is greeted by the warmth of the sun. The droplet becomes a cloud and floats effortlessly during the day, eventually turning into a raindrop. It nourishes the river that flows into the sea, and the cycle continues to repeat itself. The song's lyrics are a metaphor for the cycle of life and the interconnectivity of all beings in the world.
