I got 5 minutes 5 minutes left
There's only five minutes left of my life before the soldiers come to take me to my execution.

Five minutes till the soldiers till they bring me to my death
I'm waiting in the garden, feeling like my time is running out, until the soldiers arrive to take me to my death.

So very close just to breathe my last breath
I'm very close to dying, and I can feel it. My breathing is shallow and strained.

As I'm here in the garden I felt the heave of my chest
I'm in the garden, overwhelmed by my apprehension and anxiety, and I can feel my chest heaving with emotion.

My disciples are asleep and they rest
My disciples are asleep, oblivious to what's going on around them, and they are resting comfortably.

And they can't seem to see just what be coming next
My disciples can't comprehend the gravity of the situation, and they're completely unaware of what's about to happen.

Through the trees the soldiers speed from the west
I can see the soldiers coming through the trees, quickly approaching from the west.

Getting closer and closer for me to arrest
The soldiers are getting closer and closer, preparing to arrest me for my execution.

I see blood drops like beads in my sweat
I'm sweating profusely with anxiety, and my sweat is mixed with blood drops that bead on my skin.

They run down like a crown right down on my head
The sweat and blood drops stream down my face like a crown, signifying the gravity of my situation.

I'm laid on the ground face down like I'm dead
I'm lying face down on the ground, appearing as if I'm already dead.

Crying out to you Father let me pass what's ahead
I'm crying out to God, asking Him to let me pass through what I know is ahead of me in the coming moments.

They pound the nails in my hands the hands and my legs
The soldiers pound nails into my hands and legs as the clock ticks down and my execution draws nearer.

As the time runs outs then I hang and I bled
As the five minutes is almost up, I'm hanged and left to bleed out as part of my execution.

They are coming down I understand what you said
As the soldiers and the executioners come down on me, I understand what God meant about His plan for my life.

So with 4 minutes left this is now what I did saying..
With four minutes left of my life, I reflect on what's happened and prepare myself for what's about to come.

Not my will but let your will be done
I accept that God's will is beyond my own, and ask Him to let His will be done instead of mine.

I got 3 minutes 3 minutes left
With just three minutes left until my execution, I try to come to terms with what's happening.

3 minutes till the soldiers bring me to my death
The soldiers are closing in on me, and I know that these last three minutes of my life will be difficult.

I can hear them loud and clear closer then I guessed
I can hear the soldiers getting closer, and it's even closer than I anticipated.

While Judas is coming down with the crowd and the rest
Judas and the crowd are approaching, and he's leading the soldiers to capture me.

They don't even understand right now what this is
The crowd and the soldiers don't even understand the enormity of what's happening right now.

They don't know who I am what I have just to give
The people around me don't recognize my importance, and they don't understand the sacrifice I'm about to make.

For ever man every girl every child every kid
Despite their ignorance, I'm doing this for every single person - man, woman, child alike - for their salvation.

See my death has been planned so many can come to live
My death has been planned so that others can have a chance to be saved and live eternally.

See I know that I got just a few minutes then
As my execution approaches, I understand that I only have a few precious minutes left to give everything I have.

Then they'll come and they'll grab me its the beginning of the end
The soldiers and executioners will soon grab me, signaling the beginning of the end.

See I won't make a sound see I won't even defend
I accept my fate and won't make a sound or attempt to defend myself, as I know it's God's will for me to go through with this.

Myself to the crowd now I'll go just with them
I resign myself to going with the soldiers and the crowd, knowing that it's where God wants me to be.

'cause I came for this now I came for they sin
I recognize that this is my destiny and my duty to fulfill, to save others from their sins.

I came to lay my life down then I'll take it up again
I know that I must lay down my life to save others, but I'll take it up again later through resurrection.

2 minutes I'll be bound and I'll face what's ahead
With two minutes left, I'm bound and ready to face whatever fate has in store for me.

With the words from my mouth came out then I said
With my last moments of life, I speak these words aloud to God.

I got 1 minute 1 minute left
With just one minute left, I know that the end is truly near.

1 minute till the soldiers gone bring me to my death
The soldiers are coming, and within one minute, I'll be taken to my execution.

I can hear all there voices its like a 100 feet ahead
The noise of the soldiers and crowd becomes louder and more overwhelming, even though they're still some distance away.

I can see all the torches now I know what is next
I can see the flickering torches that the soldiers and crowd are carrying, and I know what this means for me.

I'll be beat and tortured then struck on my head
I know that I'll be beaten, tortured, and struck on the head as part of my execution.

Forced to carry the cross and I'll be lead
I'll be forced to carry a heavy cross and led to my place of execution.

Up a hill to be killed then I'm left now for dead
I'll be taken up a hill to be executed, and then left to die.

But now it's not my will Father I want yours now instead
Despite everything that's happening to me, I'd rather follow God's will than my own.

And so I pray won't you please let this cup pass from me
I pray to God for strength, and for the possibility that this cup could pass from me.

See I want what you want that's all I want for me
Ultimately, I understand that what God wants is what's best for me, and I want that above all else.

Now I was just betrayed for some fast money
Despite the betrayal I've endured, all for some quick riches, I don't regret what I've come to do.

But the ones that you gave they could never snatch from me
Even though the disciples that God gave me have been neglectful, nothing and no one can take them away from me.

Now my life that I gave see I gave it all away
I gave my life willingly, with no regret, to help save others from their sins.

And I'll be buried in a grave but I'll come back Sunday
I know that I'll be buried in a grave, but I also know that I'll return from the dead on Sunday.

I was born in a cave but I'll come back one day
Despite my lowly birth in a cave, I know that I'll one day return and complete God's plan for me and the world.

But the time's now up they coming now for me
As the clock runs out on my life, I know that the soldiers are coming to take me to my execution.
