The first stanza of Kult’s song 3 Gwiazdy describes a moment in time where the singer is sitting alone, gazing at the first star in the sky peeking through his window. The second line depicts his current mental state, abandoned and disregarded, holding onto the anchor of hope that he has found in his significant other. The third line talks about how ephemeral human life can be, and how one can lose everything they have in a moment’s notice. The fourth line is open to interpretation, but it can be deciphered as the singer came across an unforeseeable circumstance when his partner was not by his side, only to rediscover her later, feeling grateful for her presence. The last line speaks about the singer’s inability to comprehend the reason for his partner staying with him, making him wonder who he owes his blessings to.

The second stanza interprets the second star of the night sky, around midnight. The singer discusses how he has nothing significant to show or prove his worth and wonders how he became so lucky to have such an exceptional partner. He describes how his heart and body are consumed with a burning passion for his partner, which only intensifies with time. The third stanza talks about the third and final star, around which the entire song revolved. Although the night sky boasts countless stars, the singer only acknowledges three of them, and this symbolism can be linked to identifying the three phases of his life. The singer waits anxiously for the dawn so that his partner can help him find the purpose and meaning of his existence, without whom all efforts are futile. The lines discuss how time flies without any guarantees, and life is unpredictable, and no one can predict their future. No matter the adversity and chaotic turmoil surrounding the singer, his partner serves as a reliable and constant source of strength, giving him solace to survive. The refrain changes To Wy (You All), signify how the love and support of his partner and loved ones provide him with the shield necessary to protect him from the hardships of life.
