These Tales Of Our Stay
Kyte Lyrics

Slowly walking
His chest splits in two
He's smiling white teeth
Bitter ending
He falls to be free
Simple touch on hand, bringing other lands, our way.
The lyrics of Kyte's song 'These Tales Of Our Stay' are intriguing and poetic, filled with imagery and metaphor. The first two lines talk about a train slowly walking, which could represent the passage of time, and the split chest could symbolize the pain that comes with change, growth or transformation. The next line depicts a smiling face with white teeth, which seems contradictory to the previous imagery, but it could represent the relief or liberation felt after going through the split, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. The last line of the first verse shows the man falling, perhaps to his death, but also to be free from whatever was holding him back.
The chorus of the song talks about time telling the stories of our experiences, and how even a simple touch or connection can lead us to discover new lands, both literal and metaphorical. The idea of time as a storyteller echoes the concept of history, memories and legacy, which are often reflected in music, art and literature. The theme of exploration, discovery and rediscovery is also common in many genres and eras of music, from folk to rock to electronic.
The overall message of 'These Tales Of Our Stay' seems to be about the inevitability of change, the beauty in letting go of what no longer serves us, and the importance of connections and shared experiences in shaping our identity and understanding of the world around us. The lyrics are open to interpretation and can resonate with different listeners in different ways, depending on their own experiences and perspectives.
