The evening of Nov 22, 1963, Col. Christensen, Dep Director of War plans at the Pentagon, detailed that JFK was assassinated by a political-governmental-military coup, and not by Oswald. He detailed the info he had that Oswald had nothing to do with it, and that only one person had the 'authority' and power to make such a thing happen, and that was LBJ. He advised LBJ had pre-ordered all secure communications in the Pentagon to be shut down the second JFK was assassinated. That took the Pentagon 'off-line', and no secure communications could be made out. The Joint Chiefs of Staff, who were on a plane over the Pacific, also had their secure communications equipment 'disabled' during the assassination time frame.
Also, not reported until the 90's, from a JFK records release by Clinton, the School Book Depository's electricity and telephone systems/services, were taken off line the second JFK was assassinated.
I've spoken with Barr McClellan, Mark Lane and John Douglas numerous times about JFK's assassination. Barr McClellan was one of LBJ's attorneys at the White House, and also a representative of the law firm from Texas that represented LBJ for decades prior to the assassination. Mark Lane was hired by Marguerite Oswald and has done extensive research and fact finding about the JFK assassination. John Douglas is an author, and has written about the JFK assassination, as well.
After the assassination, a newspaper, named The Spotlight, wrote an article with a photo of the three 'bums', a photo of three guys who were behind the grassy knoll, at the train tracks, right after the assassination. The Spotlight said they were CIA agents, and what were they doing in Dallas?
The CIA sued The Spotlight, and won the case, for some soft of false reporting, defamation, can't recall exactly. After the court loss, The Spotlight hired Mark Lane. Mark did some research for a time about this photo/the three bums, and the CIA director, and a bit later The Spotlight filed an appeal.
During the appeal, Mark Lane positioned the CIA/Director that they had to tell the truth about the three bums photo, and the CIA admitted that the three guys were, indeed, CIA operatives. The CIA advised that they use a term they created in the late 40's, to create a false 'story' that the public will believe, so they can mask truth, which they phrase as "plausible deniability".The Spotlight won the appeal.
Some time later Mark Lane published a book titled "Plausible Denial", 1990
Now you know what becomes another sad fact? Out on the front steps of the courthouse, after The Spotlight won the case, not a single news agency would report the fact that the CIA had lied, nor pose any questions to the CIA on why CIA agents were in Dallas.

In all respect Joe Kennedy, these are not family documents—they are federal government documents of an agency that works for the executive branch.
I don’t see why something such as an assasination which is fundamentally not controversial needs to be hidden. It speaks of having something to hide or information to protect. The first which i hope not, the second which I doubt can any longer have any serious importance.
