The album was recorded at the Van Gelder Studio, Englewood, New Jersey. It was released on Blue Note label as BLP 4157 and BST 84157.
This theme is used in a chrysler commercial and also used by Noir Désir in Lolita Nie En Bloc from the album One Trip One Noise.

Well this is pretty straight forward jazz, I don’t se how anyone could hate this particular style. I can see how some people wouldn’t enjoy more complex jazz though
