This game was so fucking good. No other game left me with such a good feeling as Lineage 2.
I know I will never experience any similar thing in my life. Was part of my youth and it came along all until I was an adult.

More than 6 years playing daily with the same friends, xping, pvping... Laughing and crying.

I was playing drom c3 to awakening, and finally stopped playing as all my friends did.

really music composers of old NCsoft Team was not simply genius...they was GENIUS. I cant even imagine what people could create this. Maybe it because nostalgia for old l2, but... I will never forget this music.

i feel proud and lucky that i played this game and especially the period that i started... end of c3-c4 this game can describe my childhood and bring memories back ... i want to go back to these years.... there isnt anything more perfect than this... i wish i could go back...

Lineage 2 is such an incredible game, I had the most fun back then - during C3-Gracia Epilogue times (but especially with early chronicles). Not to mention the private servers were such a joy. I still have the urge to go back and play since it has been about 4 years since I last did but I feel that there probably aren't many populated servers and I will get sad seeing how this amazing game is no longer popular. It's weird how this one game makes me feel as if I had the most blessed childhood I could have asked for.
I wish NCSoft would fund a remastered version with better graphics/models/animations yet with everything else remaining the same (or perhaps slight changes to the gameplay to make it more fun and fast paced without 'finishing' it though). I'm sure this would revitalize the game and bring back the majority of us that love it.

i miss it more than anything at my life...this game was like an other life... perfect moments.. perfect sieges.. perfect wars... raids ... olymbiads...and friends !!! i have still friends from l2 that we are playing together other games....i will never forget how i was sleeping 4 hours only per day and i was leaving online my charcater to sell at giran while i was at school or something...i will never forget the feeling when i was breaking my items ready to emoquit !!!

@Rostas such a meaningful comment for an old player of L2, besides being the best starting zone theme, this song, for me, represents all that L2 is...I might not have grown up as a gamer in L2, but it did contribute and I grew up as an mmo player within this game, being so unique I did not take much of it into other games i've played, but whenever i hear/see something of L2 that uniqueness comes back and with it every hour spent in the game flows back and makes me feel great that I've played it

Holy crap guys i only can say that most of you are damn right. Nothing was so fun as begining of playing this game. Learning what the hell soulshots are, first character, wasting time not on exping or farming but on exploring the world which was (and still is but you already know it) MAGNIFICENT. I remember that my first clan leader said "GO EXP IDIOT" and i was wasting time on exploring Elven Forest and Talking Island. Ahhh memories :D

7 years of my life, since 2003... with its good times and bad times, with nights w/o sleep, with nerves, with lots of screams in ventrilo, with true-real life happiness and sadness caused by game wins or losses... all the precious time with my clans... those memories... and this 2 minute tune brings them back.. glad i had the opportunity to play this game, to know the people i got to know.. p.s. this theme is more than just nostalgy for me - all those years i've been playing light elf :)

This brings back awesome memories. Fighting for a warrior torso even though i was a mage like 6 lvls but in the end a dude from another party got it and we started fighting. After that we all got toghether and tried to kill that giant tree that moved slowly . Even though we knew it wasnt going to die we were having fun, we were creating our own storyline. That's the magic.

all the soundtracks are absolutely wonderful, brings back so many memories from childhood :) Lineage 2 maybe doesn't have the best gameplay of all MMOs, but the atmosphere is the best :)

I Remember everything of this game..played since beta.. the time everyone was noob and didn't know how to play..the time where you run around to find other mobs in your lvl and die because they were 10 lvls higher..the time when you kill a mob and it dropped a weapon for your level and you jizzed your pants because of happiness.. now you join a clan and they give you full equipment and 100kk adena -.-..i miss this good times.. now its only power grinding LVL 85 asap! the game lost his magic :((

This played during our 5e campaign, when my halfling warlock consulted with her patron, Luru the Unicorn Queen. There were tears, swells of maternal pride, and a sweet Magic weapon.

This is now one of my most favorite tracks because of that.

Went to the Sword singer path.

I had a good PC then and played the game at full grafics.
I remember I started and this song just took the will to fight out of me lol, so i just started exploring and took loads of screenshots :D

Ohhh my goodies - how many times I have reborn in that town doing spore fungus quest. Ohhh discovering spiders ... water fall ... tree.. Elven fortress. Ohhh and every time I died I was in city listening that music what made, mine lose some kind less irrelevant...
