Much has been said about Morissette's voice and talent and I agree with everything. One other thing I want to emphasize: in all the songs I have heard in her voice, I noticed that she respects the songs and consequently their authors. In this version of Akin Ka Na Lang, she produces something different from what she had done on Wish-Bus, adding more romanticism without tampering with the song. She is unique.

There are only few young singers out there who know how to control their voice and Morissette has an exceptional keen sense of putting justice to every song, However, many of us are just settled for good looks and mediocrity that other talented singers are often overlooked. Like other artists, Morissette's talent is millions of light-years better than over exposed stars on TV yet they are the privilege ones to sign recording contracts left and right.
