Cause I'm just a zion man
That fucking astrologic sign is lion man
Walking, walking and a strange way
Just hearing what is heart is fucking saying
Too much trouble to feel one way
Too much bad vibes to feel yre
So my mix up comes from my roots
So I got to find a solution man
In order to resolve my Babylon's headake man
I used this burning faya to feel higher
And then my destiny made me become a music player
Listen, listen to this reggae
Listen to this groovy vibra
It's coming the bottom of one's heart
Don't you see from Babylon's sound it's standing apart
Cause we are crying on our rights
Thinking bad things growes grey
In bad spirits and harder they come
So come to this stage of comprehension
And begin to work for your everyday mission
We all got in us true vibrations
That can together make a new revolution!
We are as soldier
But we are just music players
(Merci à Bérangère pour cettes paroles)
In the song, "Crazy Babylon," Percubaba discusses the struggle of being a "zion man" in a world that doesn't understand him. He feels like his astrological sign, the lion, sets him apart and makes him unique, but also brings him trouble. He walks in a strange way and follows his heart, but the bad vibes and trouble he encounters make him feel unsettled. His mix-up, then, comes from his roots and the people he grew up with, all walking around in boots.
To resolve his "Babylon's headache," Percubaba turns to music and burning "faya" (fire) to feel higher. He sees his destiny as becoming a music player, someone who can create reggae and groovy vibrations that come from the bottom of one's heart. With this music, he hopes to inspire a new revolution that honors true vibrations and soldiers who are really music players. In this way, he believes that we can all work towards our everyday mission and create a better world for everyone.
Overall, "Crazy Babylon" is a call to action for those who feel oppressed and misunderstood to recognize their own true vibrations and use music to inspire a new revolution. It's a reminder that we all have the potential to be soldiers for a better world and that our roots and unique qualities are what make us strong.
