After a while he felt that only spinning tracks from other producers just didn’t satisfy him anymore. He had a lot of ideas and creativity that he was dying to let out, so he started producing somewhere in 2003.
When he accidentally switched record bags with some guys at a gig, who happened to be the owners of a small Dutch hardstyle label called Special Records, this resulted in his first release in 2006.
Having had a taste of releasing my tracks on vinyl, he spends even more time on developing his skills and sound as a producer. After a release on the Italian label Droppin' Beats, he got into contact with Arjen and Anco Timmermans, better known as the Alphatwins. The Ran-D sound and A2-records were a perfect match.

You can be dramatic
Hey, just slow down you're so tragic
Like I get it you just wanna be me
You can copy but I'm better
I look cooler in this sweater
Oh why you keep on talking
You're going on and on and on and on and Blah blah blah
On and on and on and on and
Sshh
All you wanna do is try to talk to me
All you wanna do is try to talk to me Don't talk to me (Mhm)
Don't talk to me (Mhm)
All you wanna do is try to talk to me
All you wanna do is try to talk to me Don't talk to me (Mhm)
Don't talk to me (Mhm)
I got that flavour
Ice cream imitator
Take you down, elevator operator
Hit me up when you think about it later
You need me maybe more than any other
You say that I'm dramatic
Well I'd call myself sarcastic
You just can't get me out of your head
The lyrics of Ran-D's song "Blah Blah Blah" offer a scathing critique of someone who just won't stop talking and trying to imitate the singer. The first verse sets up the dynamic, with Ran-D encouraging the person to slow down and stop being so tragic. They acknowledge that this person wants to be them and copy them, but Ran-D insists they are better and look cooler. The second verse highlights the person's incessant talking and compares it to a car crash.
The chorus is the most memorable part of the song, as Ran-D repeats the phrase "Blah blah blah" to represent the sound of the person's constant chatter. They tell the person not to talk to them, emphasizing their frustration with the situation. The third verse takes a more aggressive tone, with Ran-D asserting their superiority and essentially calling the other person a follower. They claim to have a unique flavor and be irreplaceable, suggesting that the other person needs them more than anyone else. In the end, Ran-D seems almost amused by the other person's obsession with them, describing themselves as sarcastic and implying that the other person can't get them out of their head.
