Forgiveness
Samantha James Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
is more than saying sorry.
Forgiveness,
means accepting people's flaws.
To forgive is devine,
so let's have a glass of wine.
And have make up sex,
(alarm clock rings)
Forgiveness,
does not mean compromising.
Lets forgive and forget
and solve this african bet.
just like the Chesher cat,
who says,"Rarw! you're running on a dime! (dime, dime, dime, dime)
Foregiveness
Foregiveness
Foregiveness
Foregiveness
"Where are you?"
The lyrics to Samantha James's song Forgiveness explore the concept of forgiveness in relationships. The song emphasizes that forgiveness is not just about saying sorry, but also about accepting people's flaws. It suggests that forgiveness is a divine quality that can lead to reconciliation and intimacy in a relationship. The lyrics encourage the listener to forgive and forget, to let go of grudges, and to solve problems. The song uses the metaphor of drinking wine and having make-up sex to indicate the power of forgiveness to restore a relationship.
