The song "Kimino Sekaihe" by Shota Shimizu is a heart-wrenching ballad about losing someone and how it changes one's world. The lyrics describe the profound effect of a day when the singer lost the person they loved, and how everything was different afterwards. The line "kimi wo ushinatta kawari ni, sekai wa kawatta" translates to "In exchange for losing you, the world has changed", expressing how the singer's outlook on life has been completely altered by the loss.
The song talks about the singer's desire to reunite with the person they have lost, and the pain they feel in the absence of the loved one. The lyrics express the yearning for a chance to meet again, and the hope that they will be able to reunite. When they finally meet, the singer asks the loved one to use their pain to beat them up, and requests to be taken back to their world, no matter how many times they may cry or suffer.
The song is a poignant reminder of the constant throes of pain and loss that people go through in life. It beautifully weaves the themes of love, loss, and hope into a melody that serves to touch people's hearts and bring them comfort in times of grief.
