Easy
Son Lux Lyrics

Pull out your heart to make the
Being alone
Easy, easy
Pull out your heart to make the
Being alone
Easy, easy
You break the bridals to meet
Losing control
Easy, oh easy
Crushed for your holy soul
Concealed and cold
Easy, easy
Oh, easy, easy
Burn all your things to make the
Fight to forget
Easy, oh, easy
Burn all your things to make the
Fight to forget
Easy, oh easy
Easy, easy
Pull out your heart to make the
Being alone
Easy, easy
Pull out your heart to make the
Being alone
Easy
The lyrics of Son Lux’s song, Easy, speak of making the difficult things in life, like being alone, losing control, and the fight to forget, easier to handle. The repetition of the phrase “easy, easy” throughout the song emphasizes the idea of simplicity being a solution to complex problems. The metaphor of “pulling out your heart” suggests that removing emotions could make being alone more manageable. Likewise, “breaking the bridals” represents breaking free from constraints and taking control of one’s life.
The line “crushed for your holy soul” is an interesting choice of words. It could be interpreted as meaning that a person’s pure, good intentions have backfired, causing them to feel lost and alone. The phrase “concealed and cold” again suggests that holding back emotions may be the answer to a problem. The next verse talks about burning all of one’s things to forget, which suggests a need to disconnect from the past and move forward. Overall, the lyrics of Easy paint a picture of someone struggling with loneliness, lack of control, and regret, trying to find a way to make these issues “easy.”

This song bring me back to the twilight zone of my depression.
When you embrace the suffering throughout a unreal dance with your own depression , only to grow to accept what you are, not why you are.
