TK Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Indagan la vida de ayer.
Volviendo explícita
La implícita vida.
Colgando manzanas
En árbol de peras.
Creando barreras
En mentes sencillas.
Y ves
Surrealismo nicovita.
Forjando expresiones
Carentes de ser.
Miraban la senda
Para no caminar.
Historia de haberes
De faltos amores.
The lyrics of TK's "Surrealismo Nicovita" explore the idea of people who search for meaning and depth in life through excessive and intense means. These individuals are depicted as questioning the past and trying to bring out the hidden aspects of life. The lyrics further elaborate on the irony of these people trying to make life explicit when it is meant to be implicit and mysterious. The line "Colgando manzanas en árbol de peras" (Hanging apples on a pear tree) can be interpreted as a metaphor for trying to change or make sense of something that is not meant to be understood in a particular way.
The lyrics further delve into the idea of creating barriers for oneself by overthinking and complicating simple things. The phrase "creando barreras en mentes sencillas" (creating barriers in simple minds) suggests that the act of overthinking and trying to find deeper meaning can sometimes backfire and lead to more confusion, rather than clarity. The chorus "Surrealismo Nicovita" can be interpreted as a representation of this clash between trying to understand life and accepting its inherent surrealism.
