Who is listening to this in 2024

@kenkandwara204

The nostalgia this song evokes..😢, reminds me of my childhood days when in primary school in my rural village, coming home for lunch, bare feet under the glaring sun, passing thru'the tea farms where our parents could be plucking tea, arriving at home you find nothing!,you start from scratch..but there were good days too, ungepata chakula tayari, unashukuru mungu..❤🎉

@Peggycool351

This song reminds me of my late husband, he nicknamed himself Mr Malonga! Whenever he would come back for lunch, he would call me and say "Mr Malonga is on his way home" sleep well my Mr Malonga.

@SsoziAnthonykikomeko-di5qb

For me it reminds me my big Bothether Kiyemba Christopher by then he was working with Coffee Marketing Board Bugoloobi.

@djmakedzana9917

This was music blaring out of our stereo in Malawi when the dictator Dr Hastings Kamuzu Banda didn't allow TV or independent radio stations. We had only one Radio station. We would record the songs on tapes the best used to be TDK .
Rip Dad you really liked Rhumba

@alisheemaka1884

That was the Golden age of Rhumba music.The 80's.

@davidbor7756

I would recline in my university room and listen to Tabu Ley. He arranged his lyrics and instruments in a unique way.
Will we ever find same?

@grandricoband8940
