One Fine Day
The Crystals Lyrics

One fine day, you'll look at me
And you will know our love was, meant to be
One fine day, you're gonna want me for your girl
The arms I long for, will open wide
And you'll be proud to have me, right by your side
One fine day, you're gonna want me for your girl
Though I know you're the kind of boy
Who only wants to run around
I'll keep waiting, and, someday darling
You'll come to me when you want to settle down,
Oh!
One fine day, we'll meet once more
And then you'll want the love you threw away before
One fine day, you're gonna want me for your girl
One fine day, you're gonna want me for your girl

You have no idea what it is like to be 37 or see the poop music underneath me.. my time wasn’t so bad, 90$
Appreciate my Mum and dads music, even my nana and papas awesome war time music. But todays music …. Ahhh!! Gone right down to a Masonic, Illuminati, hell ….
If you knew!
And thank God for you and the time of your and my last time of being a real boy or girl..
welcome to the 4th industrial revolution me friend or the great reset! Klaus Schwab.
Music is literally DEAD in 2020- it’s now A.I. 19 cov beats.

Too sickly rare now to find a humble wholesome beat nowadays.
I play my harmonica to the old time Old time beautiful beats.
Trying to keep the real music alive as best as I can!

I'm an old guy (73), and I consider this one of the great hits of 1963; not to mention one of my all-time favorites.

I'm 74 and I agree with you. They were good days.

I was 13.

Remember the days when people over 50 mostly did not like this music, and didn't find it appealing. The last encounter I had with that was around 1993. At a library I heard a guy about 70 years old tell a staff worker something like "No, I don't listen to rock music, I'm too old for it". Well ok then. Ah the days of the generation gap.

Ditto...I'm 72...

This, "Be My Baby", "Nowhere to Run", "Where Did Our Love Go", "Right Back Where We Started From", and "Then He Kissed Me" are all songs in a league of their own.

I agree, but you forgot “can’t hurry love” “mama said” “angel baby” “darling baby” “maybe - by chantels” and many more that are all a league of their own.
