Avoid holding onto things that don't benefit you in any way.

Don't allow yourself to be weighed down by past experiences that make you feel weak.

Be aware of the impact that what others say has on you versus what you actually think.

Sometimes you own assumptions of the ways that make you sink,
Your own assumptions and beliefs can sometimes bring you down and hold you back.

Feeling down,
When you feel low,

It could be an addiction,
Feeling low can become an addiction in itself.

Getting up,
Overcoming feeling low and getting back up.

Right before the hesitation,
Taking action before doubt and hesitation sets in.

It takes determination,
It takes strength and perseverance to overcome tough times.

Don't fall for the distractions,
Don't let distractions take you away from what's important.

These attractions are the target of your soul.
The things that attract you have the ability to shape your soul.

Asking you to stay when you know you have to go.
Sometimes it's hard to let go of things even when you know it's the right decision.

You know the things you know,
Trust yourself and trust what you know to be true.

It's your past just your own,
Your past is your own personal experience and doesn't define your future.

Lessons will be lessened if you listen to their fear,
You won't truly learn from life's lessons if you let fear dictate your choices.

Hear your truth, keep it near!
Listen to your inner truth and let it guide you always.

And then you just breathe!
Take a moment to breathe and let everything sink in.

You gotta let it go,
To move forward, you have to learn to let go.

Let it go so you can grow!
By letting go, you free yourself to grow and move forward.

Avoid all this confusion,
Don't allow yourself to become overwhelmed by confusion.

Refuse this illusion even if you destiny is not blessed.
Don't get caught up in illusions, even if your destiny isn't what you hoped for.

It's your time!
The present moment is yours to live fully.

No matter who came before you,
Your past doesn't determine your future.

Don't let the past hold you back or bring you down.

The pain of your heart,
The struggles and pains you feel inside.

Life is full of uncertainties and not everything can be easily categorized or defined.

Like those who doubted their own abilities and thought their enemies would prevail.

Like those who let paranoia tend an insight out,
Like those who let their paranoia control their thoughts and actions.

You know what this life is all about.
You know what truly matters and what life is truly about.

Can you remember before anyone had taught you
Can you remember who you were before the world influenced you?

To feel as if life would never gonna treat you,
To think that life will always be unfair to you.

Better than a lesson, but that was in a pre-course,
Life experiences count as lessons, even if they happen prior to a specific moment in time.

What are you doing in the present moment?

It's up to you to take action and make changes in your life.

Anything that your heart truly chooses,
When you listen to your heart and follow what it truly desires.

And may be a lonely journey but it's yours!
Making difficult decisions may be a lonely journey, but it's ultimately yours to make.

Is your purpose!
Your ultimate purpose in life is to follow your heart and pursue your passions.

You may have to leave some things behind you,
To move forward in life, you may need to let go of certain things from your past.

You may have to change your mind
To grow and move forward, you may need to change your perspective and mindset.

And you can't bring everybody with you,
Not everyone will understand or support your journey, and that's okay.

They will be better off for having known you,
Even if people can't be with you along the entire journey, they can still benefit from the influence you had on their lives.

So just breathe!
When things feel overwhelming, take a moment to breathe and find your center.
