Es cuestión de tiempo
Si, nos necesitamos una vez
Hoy ya no tenemos el deseo de volver.
De un amor como pocos que ya se terminó
Acompáñame con tu recuerdo que me da
Un motivo más para soñar.
ESTRIBILLO:
Solo nos quedó la soledad,
Y un dolor perdido en la memoria
Nos faltó el final de nuestra historia
Un rompecabezas sin armar.
Nos aventuramos a ganar
Duro fue el camino que elegimos
Al jugar en contra del destino
Un rompecabezas sin armar.
Si pudiera hoy sentir y respirar
Los días felices
En donde sigue viva la ilusión
De ser nuevamente dos
En busca de los dos.
ESTRIBILLO.
The song "Rompecabezas" by Valeria Lynch is an emotional ballad about lost love and coming to terms with the reality of a failed relationship. The lyrics express the singer's awareness that recognizing reality takes time, but ultimately they have realized that the desire to be together is gone. As the past returns to warm their soul with the memories of a love that was unique, they find comfort in their recollections which provide a reason to dream.
The chorus highlights the theme of loneliness and the pain of a love now lost in memory. They were unable to complete their love story, and it feels like they are trying to piece together a puzzle that can never be solved. The line "Nos aventuramos a ganar" (We ventured to win) suggests that they took a risk by pursuing their love, but it did not work out. The singer wishes they could relive happier moments when they were optimistic about their future together and longs to be two people in search of new beginnings.
Overall, "Rompecabezas" is a poignant and reflective song about the bittersweet memories of a past relationship that did not go according to plan. The lyrics express the pain of lost love and the longing for something that can never be regained.
